I am in the engineering and real estate sector, the most expensive borehole ( industrial borehole ) I have had a quotation for is about 13.9 million naira and that is in Banana Island, where the depth needs to go below the saltwater bracket .... Serving a block of 8 luxurious flats.
There is no way a borehole will cost that much where it was reportedly sunk.... a quarter of the amount quoted for each of those boreholes is grossly inflated.

Who made Fashola best governor? All Nigerian leaders pay lip service to the masses. Lagos state is so rich that no part of the state should pay toll fees on roads or have bad roads.

People, let's stop being biased. I spent just 300,000 to construct my bore-hole in Lagos and I spent 250,000 to construct the one at the village. These two didnt cost me up to 1,000,000 from drilling to construction of concrete stands for over head tanks and all. Even if you had to put the pulley to draw the water, there is no way both can cost more than 3 million. The reverse osmosis plant, even if he included that is about 1.3m naira.

Fashola is not being accused of anything. It is surprising that on one hand some of us call for transparency and openness in government and yet turn around to call it a witch-hunt. These projects are all approved and completed, hence there is no reason why LASG tenders board shouldn't put them on its website. It is left for those who see anything fishy to come out with their proof, rather than trying to set the former governor against his successor.

Before you blame Tinubu or Ambode, it was Fashola himself who gave the directive that contracts bidded, awarded and excited be published on the website.

Stop blaming Tinubu and Ambode. Fashola himself gave the directive that contracts executed should be published on the public procurement agency website for transparency before he left office. He is a victim of transparency and nothing else. Those contracts were on the website before Fashola left office.

Why are nigerians so gullible, if it was 2013 the information was published it simply means it was the BRF administration that released the details and not Ambode. I guess he neve expected the media to look closely at the details
