Good evening moms and dads in the house, I ve been a silent follower since last year. Let me use dis opportunity to thank the gurus in the house for contributions and advice so far. My son is currently a year old and I'm planning on going for my second journey. I applied for my visa for vacation purpose but sent the embassy a change of travel plans then used the visa only for child birth. Do I need to use d visa for vacation before it expires? Or I can renew again and go for another child birth without having any Poe problem? Your help is well appreciated.

@all, if your doctor's practice isn't around Oakbend, there's no point getting accomodation close to the place - you will only go to the hospital once. You are better off living close to where you will be doing most of your activities and trust me the delivery hospital visit will only happen once. So please check to confirm distance to malls, Walmart and Fiesta too.

I'm not really clear, but will respond base on my understanding. If you meant whether or not you can use the same visa the second time without hassles, the answer is yes. Just take the same response the embassy gave you when you wrote them the first time.

On whether to renew your visa, that will depend on when it will expire, if your visa expires, you need to renew.

Good evening everyone, please can anyone update me as to Whot food stuff,i can travel wth and the ones they won't allow me take it.please ur response will be appreciated.God bless u all

@Glassy2606...Google is really your friend! ☺.

There are some questions you really shouldnt be asking others. It is best to always check the official and most recent information for these kind of questions on the relevant official website. Even if someone tells you here, that may be based on their experience and there's no way of telling how accurate it is (although they have the best intentions), if you are penalized due to wrong info..ull surely be on your own

Here. Take it. Thats the link to the relevant US Authority's website

https://help.cbp.gov/app/answers/detail/a_id/82/~/travelers-bringing-food-into-the-u.s.-for-personal-use

You can also do your own additional google search.

Really the heading doesn't make so much for a biggie. ..
As long as there's an intent. ..whether you are changing, updating, notifying or even noticing. ...bottom line is an intent is been made aware.

So far as the body state your name, your paper deets, or via class, your (prospective) state n hospital of visit, estimated date of travel et al then I'd say you are good to go.

The target is the generic reply and fact that you made your intentions known to them na abi.

Buh come to think of it ooh firsty, I no expect this kain q by this time weh u are already one leg (of not two remaining the articulated section -lol) in naim u dey ask ds one. .

Still on doting the I's n crossing d T's I guess. ..hehe

Hello @olokings,can I hv ur e-mail pls. I will like to hv some personal chat with you if you don't mind. I beg pls

Hello Nasadiva and all other Dr Adaiah Ezekiel mamas, make una post her quotes for us here o and discounts she gives on both Vaginal and CS deliveries. Also what Lab test she allows us to bring from Naija and d cost of d ones she expects us to do for yonder, what her paediatrics charges etc.I ve tried calling her office severally and each time Laurie takes my email and promises to send a mail on the quotes et al, I don't recieve any mail o.

Also are there any mamas who has done VBAC in Houston ? I learnt most hospitals there don't do it.
Thanks for d good work, I learnt a lot on dis forum, u mamas & papas have really been your "sister's keeper" May we not labour in vein over our seeds, Amen

Happy new year!!!
Its been ages, yes- 3months without comment. how are you my people. I am back to work and not easy caring for an hyperactive son. I
will like to brief the house some of the things that happened during the course of my journey.

After 42weeks of pregnancy, I decided to opt for induction, this complicated the issue because my baby's heart rate was reducing as I was having contraction, at the end of the day I was operated and my handsome came out ALIVE. Special thanks to DrAfrican who was my corresponding Doctor when I couldn't think straight at the hospital bed.

Yes I delivered at Ben Taub General Hospital in Houston and will like to deliver there throughout my entire delivery process. Had a fantastic and cokastic experience. they were never in a rush to attend to patient. It was as if I was watching greys anatomy. As per billing, though my case was a bit complicated but still had a fair billing and discount.

I followed oga Tvegas documentation process and it was very straightforward. This thread has been wonderful and will like to thank all that has made contributions that guaranteed my smooth sail.

Madam Phema- Tutor for Life. I hail ooo.
