Should Biafra later become all the states in the SS/SE ( with the exclusion of Edo state), I would like the capital of Biafra to be in the SS. I also want its first president to be a non Igbo. Infact, the first 10 years of Biafra should have a non Igbo president . I also want the contitution to allow rotational presidency between the Igbos and the minorities. Also, I want all oil producing area to get at least 50% of everything coming out of their lands or waters.
