Bro just take her out to a cool place and have fun (not sex) explain to her you guys can't date but u can be best of friends, having good friendship time and help each other in time of need ( exclusive of sex). That even though she changes now you can't get her the feelings and affections you would have done in the initial state..

Just keep on her good side cause the harder u try to rush out the more you sink in...
