1. You are in full time employment and your employer can agree to deduct your agreed monthly energy bill directly from your salary
2. You are able to provide valid photographic identification
3. You have a valid, BVN approved bank account

Pricing Details

1. Commitment fee of N50,000 is payable AFTER installation of the Solar Power System
2. A fixed monthly price is payable, based on the size of the Solar Power System installed. Payment is monthly in arrears.

It's been very poor. We're back to square one again. This is one of the reasons people are reluctant to pay tax in these parts; the government doesn't incentivise them enough, even with the most basic of amenities.

Currently 'enjoying' the noise pollution caused by generators as I type.

I know everything was a hoax, nothing put on ground and some people went about shouting body language is the solution. Now rather than admit everything is in shambles power wise some will rather die in silence than speak up and be heard. Truth is that the electricity situation has returned to its normal darkness which runs into days.
Yet since we have no minister nobody deemed it fit to to tell us what is going on

because I don't know where all this negative gist is coming from
been in Lagos for 2days and have never experienced steady power supply like this before...and what I heard,since say July

Some folks are seriously trying to sell lies to us that power supply is still yhe same way it was some weeks ago. I my area in Awodiora Estate in Ajegunle, Apapa, we have lost some 4 to 5 hours daily power we use to have. Even right now as I am typing, there is no power. PMB should please let us see activities. I no de for this body movement theory abeg!

I was in Port Harcourt for close to 2 months and I can say with all confidence that power supply was erratic all through my stay and somedays we do go without light for two days. I stayed in Ada George axis then

I'm back in Lagos now and the situation is same with power interruption now the order of the day and also some days we experience total blackout.
Ogudu is now synonymous with blackout

Kindly share your own experience

the light used to constant here in lag...we thought the "change" would be permanent.till they changed routine since last week. angry

Hello, we need to understand Power is a complex industry and its not Buhari that will cause the change now.
The GENCOs and DISCOs are equally as responsible...believe me even if am President power wont improve overnight because it takes huge infrastructure development and investment of billions of dollars.
For real, light improved in some areas and remained the same in some other area. Where i stay in Satellite Town Lagos, i will say it improved because i get like 12hrs average supply daily. Maybe a few days come without supply though but am not bothered at all because i run on solar.
My personal wahala is for Eko Distribution Company to give me the prepaid meter i paid for more than 3months ago through their advanced credit metering system as i get monthly bill of 10k upwards every month.
Like someone said, Power is more stable during rainy season than dry season. During dry season, solar irradiation is higher.
Once i get my prepaid meter, i will use my PHCN savings to upgrade my DSTV account to Premium and my covenant with PHCN will be fixed charge.
How i wish it was my own house, i would have disconnected entirely from them.
I advice you consider Solar...thats the way to go.
