I am a British citizen too and i can tell you that Nnamdi Kanu would be in trouble in UK if UK authority are given access to and listen to all what he had said on that Radio channel.

They would see him as a terrorist just like those who were involved in Rwanda genocide. UK authority arrested those Rwandans on the basis of what they said on Radiou
