Religion says it has all the answers, Science says it's looking for more answers. A lot of things can't be explained by Science, it is why there are ongoing research. I partly agree with you. Foreign aid from America is almost always exploitative. However, I think Naija may in the future have to bow down to America when it comes to Boko Haram specifically. If Boko Haram ever attacks any American facility (seems unlikely so far), just know that America won't hold back when it comes to unilaterally bombing sites in Naija (particularly if a republican is in office). This will be the beginning of Nigeria having to appease America in order to stave off future American anger (we don't want to be like Pakistan or Afghanistan lol).

I do also agree wit you that the Chinese, Russians, and Indians are on the beck. I have mixed views about all these countries trying to take a piece of the African pie, especially given that our governments rarely negotiate from a place of strength. smh.

You are right. America would need a very VERY strong reason to have to wade into the fight against Boko haram which is unlikely to happen soonest.

As for the latter, its a damn shame if you ask me. I mean, the Indians, chinese etc were refered along with us Africans as the 3rd world of backward countries just around the 1930s and 1940s.
Now all these countries have left only us in the 3rd world conundrum and have all advanced.

What is the problem of the African? The whole world is beginning to wonder if the African is actually ok mentally.

Mate, rarely is a smart word. But the basics do change more times than we would admit to knowing. The planets are held in position on this end of the universe by gravity, it may not be so in other parts of the universe. And to be fair, current scientific notion that the Universe is continually expanding. Even some scientists postulate that there may be multiple universes.

The theory of opposites is a compelling theory. Have you heard of anti-matter? If you haven't, at the very least you must have heard of positrons. These are sub-atomic particles that look every bit like an electron except that they are positively charged. There is an entire spectrum of particles that are like that. Some scientist believe there may be entire galaxies composed of anti-matter.

Now let's come back to Earth. Twins do not share everything. For fraternal twins, this is very likely. For identical twins, the things they share may increase but it does not mean that they do not have differences. Until we know for certain what genes control sexual orientation, we wouldn't be able to understand why two twin sibs will have different sexual orientation.

Even then, twins identical or not do not always make the same decisions. They may share similar looks, but if there are distinguishable differences in their looks, however subtle; it can only mean that they have differences upstairs too.

Homosexuality behavior may be learned. I am not disputing that. But let us not for the love of mankind say that there are no homosexuals that were born that way. It is like serial killers, there are those that learn the ropes about murder. There are those that are born that way, these ones can't be rehabilitated. These kind are usually locked up for life. They are rarely if ever executed in the States.

That may be a disturbing example, so I will use another. Some of us are born scientists, some of us just grow to learn science and appreciate it. Maybe because of our parents, friends, and other influence.

Now, on what moral ground do we say that someone who is a scientist whether patterned by nature or nurture is evil? We can say serial killers are because well there's no argument. However, how exactly does the sexual orientation of another person pose a humongous risk to another person or the society?

The hate for homosexuality by the Nigerian society is not borne out of reality, critical thinking, facts, or some other definitive factor. It is borne out of religious bigotry and not having a recorded history of the act. This is not surprising though, religious bigotry eroding the capacity to think critically is why Nigeria is a mess in virtually every aspect.

Op the good news is that you too acknowledged the fact that you have a problem. The next is the way out. First kindly stay away from attitude that you can not be proud of. I have read someone (Durrentt) saying there nothing wrong and at the same time advising you to be careful of amebo (gossippers) there is nothing to gossip about if you are in a straight relationship and not the ones you too can't be proud of. It is now a physiological problem because I think you are into too early. And yours is worst because it is not straight. It scientifically proven that you will always have sympathy for people that touches your breast that is why mothers are always ready to die for their children. Like ladies that goes into early sex will not be able to stay from bad company even if she realised and doesn't to associate with such people publicly. The way out is to always avoid loneliness and never to fancy those memories of your adventures in the wrong way. If try to demonise does things, and move into straight relationship.
