OSIMEHN LIVING UP TO HIS BILLING

www.fifa.com/u17worldcup/news/y=2015/m=10/news=osimhen-living-up-to-his-promise-2722549.html

This bros must be talking about another 2013 set. Either that or he sucks at English

Pity the boy small. Putting phrases to explain things like that is difficult. I understand what he is trying to say. The 2013 Golden Eaglets team had a lot of brilliant individuals who could do a lot sith the ball.

So the coaching crew made the team play in a way they could express themselves individually. For instance, in some tight situations, Yahaya can take on two or three players instead of passing back.

This set are not that gifted and they rely more on team work to help them through tight situations than individual Ukeme (Ability)

@Icon4s My Ibibio is not that strong because of I was born in Port-Harcourt to an Akwa-Ibom Father and an Igbo mother.

By the way, are you in PH because you said you mst Eguavoen.

@Safarigirl me and you might be on the same level in the Emiesere business. Do you have ties with Akwa-Ibom because you said your father refused to teach you.

I did my NYSC in Akwa-Ibom. I am based in Benin City. Yeah Eguavoen came to see one of my bosses. He has really aged recently.

Osimhen's stats are impressive. If he continues this way, then we should expect interest from him. There was a lot of maturity in his interviews and I am glad he knows there is importance in team work. His success is a testament of how good his team is and I hops they continue playing like one family.

Okay. He will remain a hero in our mind for his loyalty to the Super Eagles when he filled in for Coach Stephen Keshi and helped us win the Nations Cup in Tunisia.

Regardless of their result today, not much of my feelings for this team change..

Osimhen again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Na wa o!!!! I know I spoke about the kid's super goal proficiency in earlier pages but something tells me this kid is on a "MISSION" to probably set a "record".... What record? Well, maybe scoring in "every match" on the team's possible march to the final.....

His stats are Blistering so far.......

5 goals in 4 games (have scored in every one of them). Can't wait to see "Eggestein" of Germany, another goal machine against Croatia...... Will he keep up his run against the Croats?

Both players were the only ones to score in every first round game....... *smiles*

Anyway, All the best Golden Eaglets.....

At the time of typing this, score was Nigeria 2-0 Australia (42 mins)........

GOD BLESS NIGERIA.......... *smiles*

Lazarus with another dime Essien with an even better header. Samuel follows with a great goal also Nwakali is a boss! Osimhen reminds me of Oshoala and the ref is a jerk he refused him the ball.

Nwakali is Mikel Obi's reincarnation... Not the 2005 Mikel. Good player though.. I still think the team misplaces too many passes. If Nigeria gets to the semis/final then Osimhen will be the player of the tournament.

Good win. Brazil next

We have a team with a high goals convertion ratio. If dey can get their final passes right they can b very ruthless.

Brazil next. Lets go there....

I don't wanna accept the Mikel Obi comparison. Mikel is sluggish and territorial while Nwakali is quick, skillful and adventurous.

Osimhen won't be player of the tournament if Nwakali keep improving. That kid is a classy player.

I think he is slow on the ball that is why i made the comparison. He is a good player but Mikel at 17 was better.

Osimhen just needs Nigeria to get to the last stages. Nwakali has not been that exceptional.

I wanna know why Amunike is playing Chukwueze on the right flank? That kid is deadlier in the left side and he is a natural lefty. I know Bamgboye is equally a great player but Chukwueze is more calculative and very skillful.

This Osimhen lad is something else. He has scored 7 goals from 7 shots. 100% conversion rate. In all my years of watching football, I have never experienced that before. Haba!

Interestingly, 9 goals is the U17 record. I think he can beat it. I wish they allow him take the penalties.

Wow. That nine goals you put there brought back memories of our 2001 under 17 team coached by Musa Abdulahi. With players like Ayuba Moses, Opabunmi, Temile, Victor Brown, and Akpan "The Cat" Bassey(GK).

Sinama Pongolle tore us to shreds and even hit the bar in the final game against the Golden Eaglets.

He scored two goals in the finals.

Osimhen looks promising. That stat is also the amazing I have never seen or heard off before. Is that not the highest by a Nigerian. Good luck to the Eaglets.

Fly Eaglets Fly.

Yeah, only time I saw something similar was at the Senior World cup in 2010 when Thomas Muller scored all his 5 goals from 5 shots. Also 100% conversion rate.

Osimhen is a great prospect and a "super talent"....... That "9" on his back no be lie at all!!!!!!

He's just one kid who "HATES" to miss the target....

**smiles**
