If you're in Lagos then try Computer Village or SLOT offices.
You can ask Sabiinc or Godvilla, they can repair it for you.

can I get their contact number

How did it get locked?
If you can't input your password because your screen is broken and doesn't respond to touch input then you should repair the screen first.

Part of the screen is not working again.

Part of the screen is not working again.
They are nairalanders.

If part of the screen isn't working you have to repair the screen then input your password instead of flashing the phone and losing your data.

Answer this questions:

1- Is the phone S-On or S-Off. You can confirm this by booting the phone to boot loader I.E Press and hold power + volume down buttons together for some seconds.

2- Do you have custom recovery flashed on the phone?

When answered, I shall provide you with your solution.

Your response is appreciated. But, I hope you went through the detailed mail, because I have really exhausted my patience, and would not like this issue to escalate. The supervisor that attended to me on my last visit proved incapable of resolving the issue. This device's issues are taking too long, several months of endless visits to your Opebi head office.

Thanks.

You can replace the panel/motherboard but that's as good as purchasing a new phone.
The price is at least more than half of the cost of a new phone.

Do you intend to change the whole tab because it suddenly stopped working?
I believe it's a minor issue that can be fixed. What were you doing on the tab before it suddenly went off?

I need you to write out everything you see on the hboot screen here or, better yet, screenshot the hboot screen and attach it here.

Of all androids, HTC requires the most tactics to resolve its software issues. -that's O need the details of the phone.

You can simply visit a store to buy the complete casing. Maybe you don't want to buy complete casing just because of the keypad. I'd that it?

You can use an autoloader to nuke, wipe and erase the phone before you reload the OS. Google is your friend when it comes to getting the right autoloader for your model.

pls my phone keeps absurdly suggesting I download random apps...
it happens almost regularly and uses whatever app I am on that period as what's suggesting the download..
e.g
I might be on Whatsapp, and a box will pop up telling me Whatsapp is suggesting a new app..

I might be on MX player, and a box will pop up telling me mx player s suggesting a new app..

I already flashed the phone and restored to factory reset, yet problem persists.
any help will be appreciated..
