He should be stripped off the title, true true. Nothing like "Uncle" Wale again.

It's so obvious now, that the gang are the majority shareholders while other Nigerian shareholders cumulatively constitute a minority. How else can one explain the audacity to propose another rights issue while shareholders are yet to recover from the record breaking loss just released? The rights will fly.
Fly to where?? Dont be surprised when the rights will be between N7-N9.

Make una no worry when we are done with WALE and his GANGS they will be left with only their FORWARD LOOKING STATEMENTS grin

"When we are done" I thought you said you don't have Oando and that you offloaded with a mega profit months ago.
Few hours ago, you said you will propose auctioning off Oando's mgt properties.

So what's your business( a non shareholder) has in dealing With Oando mgt?

I like people who maintain their stand NOT 2 FACED people who's dying in silence yet pretending as if all is well and always see the unexpected before it happens.

From all you gave been writting, you have Oando and don't come here to claim you warned people to offload months ago! Besides you earn your income in dollars, why not just take advantage of our weak Naira and enjoy ur dollar in an exchange rate of 240 so that you can leave NSE alone for now! We're tired of your pessimistic approach here!

If you are not writting about our falling naira and low crude oil price, you condemn those who have laboured so hard to invest.

I have your time now! And NA ME GO PURSUE YOU COMOT FROM HERE!

GAME ON BOY! I'm READY FOR YOU!

This is becoming too much. In fact not acceptable.

How can regulatory authority want to force oando shareholders to vomit the interim dividend they have eaten since 2014? Now the want to make things worse.

"The shareholders of Oando Plc could be on the hook to return the dividends it wrongfully paid out of profits going by the provisions of the Company and Allied Matter Act of Nigeria (CAMA). Auditors of Oando Plc Ernst & Young had in the company’s 2014 annual report confirmed that Oando had contravened section 379 of CAMA......."

Well as long as i am no longer a shareholder, i have no business with them and dividend that i have eaten and pooed out long ago. smiley

I can see OANDO is giving alot of people HBP and I'm not ready to join issues.

Like I said earlier i disposed all my OANDO in first week of September when i discovered it will sell below N4 and since then i ve been raising red flags.

"We will auction OANDO properties if they fail payback the loan FBN gave them" So when we are done with WALE and his GANGS they will only be left with their forward looking statement.

Simply means I'm an FBN shareholders and our ELEPHANT is currently trialling the braze smiley

So he better take a bottle of chilled wine and relax his nerves.

Bcoz I'm planning to do both my BVN and run around for all my past OANDO dividends come Jan 2016.

This isn't tumbum tumbum but rather common sense and observations over a year....I have said it severally that the banks move in order of ranking....Access cannot go above FBHN while UBA cannot go over access bank. If you were observant enough throughout last week and upper week you will notice that while fbnh sat on the N5 spot, access couldn't reach N5....same for UBA as it was struggling to near the N4 mark since access is selling at N4.6, uba will definitely sell lower than it......so the only way out for both of them is for the elephant to move upwards.......if not so, why is it that uba and access that posted a very good result when compared to that of fbnh is still selling lower than it?

NB: you don't need to press calculator or blow grammar for the obvious. smiley

It simply means that uncle wale wants to collect back from those that are yet to receive their dividend. To owe debt of about N200bn no be beans oooO....Remember also that there will be interest on the bank loan that was received during the COP deal.

It's very obvious. This is bad for NSE and investors. The obvious ones are GTB, Zenith, FBNH, UBA and Access. The price determinants of these stocks on the floor of the exchange is beyond demand and supply.

How possible will that be thought the money is already with their registrar?

I wasn't last in town last year so both my 30kobo and 70kobo dividend is still pending.

Nothing wey no fit happen for NSE. A stock declares dividend and market reacts positively to the news. Shareholders meet at AGM and say it is not good for the health of the company and at such the declared dividend should be cancelled- SEC does nothing about it. It has happened before.
