He is a businessman and he was given payment for services rendered or to be rendered. How is he to know if the funds were meant for arms procurement? But these 2 lawyers are well known to support and defend corrupt politicians not in the court but by frustrating the cases against their clients through bought court injunctions. I would have loved to see legal fireworks between Rotimi Jacobs and Dauda in the Saraki's case, but what do we have instead, request for restraining orders in every tom, harry and dick high courts all over the federation. Mike ozeokome defended Farouk Lawan, and till today, no ruling on that case. These people frustrate the course of justice in Nigeria and posterity will judge them.
