Almost N5bn worth of shares traded this week alone. Are they offloading or something is brewing here?

Sir Born, base on little knowledge of the deal, it is an exchange of stocks from foreign investors to local institutional investors (Fund Manager) lol. Nothing much to worry about though grin

Another late preemptive action against Janet Yellen very highly likely dropping the 'liftoff' bombshell come mid Dec.

Watch out for Nov employment figures dropping any minute now pointing strongly to a hike.

The (~)decade old zero-rate party's over Time to stampede the hot money back home.

Madam Yellen might gives market early Santa rally in their next FOMC meeting by not hiking rate when expected though. Anyway, market is already anticipating for it as anything can happen!

Sir, am not sure on that. There's is high tendency (speculation) that audited results will be released early especially the bank, come January/Feb 2016 by God's grace. Some Ogas' at the top have began dividend payment/approved discussion grin

i am sure those people who bought FBN at #4.98 and #5.00 will not come now to tell us they sold at #5.55k.we have already taken note of that great deal that pushed the price to #5.45k last friday.i am saying this because FBN will still go down maybe to #4.50k and that is my target price.

I love the comment SEEMS TO HAD REACHED OR NEARLY BOTTOM OUT.
but from what is on ground the market WILL still go lower but some stocks will resist tasting new lows.
JUST GO AFTER THE UNDERVALUE STOCKS AND WATCH THE MARKET

many people like to trade stocks from january to december and they close the year with nothing while others come out once in a year to buy in volume then sell off with profits and go back to sleep till same period the next year.i am not discouraging anyone who is in constant trading.it is only good for brokers and players who knows the game.

i invest my money in shares around december but i normally start around september to monitor every stock movement and i strike the moment the best opportunity comes and that is usually december but this time around the market will bubble from january and will even last thru out the year 2016.Any investment in shares from january will never be a thing of regret.

my people, pls make una calm down and follow the gurus among you.swim when you are asked to swim and calm down when told to calm down.

most of the best stocks people are struggling to buy now when there are other things one can do with money will still be there at same price till january when the price movers will come in.

The true state of Nigerian economy is really reflecting. Even the Nigeria governors forum still maintains their ground of reducing the minimum wage or to sack their civil servants, their argument is that oil was at 118 dollar when the minimum wage was reached , but now 41 dollar per a barrel. I believe the fall in price of crude oil and foreign investors pulling out from Nigeria stock exchange brought down the value of stocks, and from the look of things stocks price are still going down.

Very poor communication.
How much shares were sold at what rate and the total transaction?
I really feel that our regulators have no intention of doing their primary duty. Any rubbish can be accepted by NSE and SEC. Shame!

Stop promoting buying and selling of tokunbo products here....................You should concentrate on stock related subject and go to business thread to discuss about your booming fairly used products market............... grin

my brother just buy and sell then use your money to do other businesses then come back again same time the next year and pick profits.how can i buy stocks and keep it thru out the year when i am into numerous businesses? As i can see now someone above this post is attacking me because i am not encouraging you guys to trade in stocks from january to december.

ok.to make it simple i am about to load about 700,000 units of FBN OR 1,500,000 units of FIDELITY and will offload around dividend payment time i.e march next year and i wont trade again till same time again the next year and my profit can never be less than #500,000.

pls everyone should trade the way it pleases him or her o.i am only showing you my own pattern of trade.i dont even have a single unit at nse but my volume speaks for me once i enter.

Sir, i understand your trading strategy. Don't forget what works best for you might be the opposite for someone else. Take for instance, the profit you anticipate of making for the duration of time you intend to come into the market would me made by another person within a trading week if market pull out luck. So, sir, stick to what works best for you. Best of luck on your business!

You have made similar reference in your previous post................We are no kids here and it will do you good if you stick to stock market business rather than promoting any other business...............Do you think I don't have other businesses too?............Your tone of diverting attention from stock trading to enthusiasm of promising business trade is not looking good............Its not an attack but a caution before someone really attack you here.....................

Thank you for understanding my own pattern.i am sure people who trade everyday makes alot of money than i do but the risk is high.some will end the year loosing almost all the profits they made within the year while others who knows the game pulls out when they sight danger and the zombies keep on trading at the current low prices while the thing keep falling and they have one word that strenghtens them(the best time to buy).last week FBN was at 5.45 and people saw it as the best time to buy.today the price is #4.90 and who knows if it may be #4.50 tomorrow.so these are the risks i calculated before choosing my stock trading strategy.i know most people here are brokers and can never like my pattern because i refuse to enrich their pocket but mine.
