Hullo everyone. Congratulations to all new mamas and papas, successful Interviews and POEs. Pls, I have a question to clarify,...Initial plan was to go to Houston,( though it has not really changed) but hubby got a friend in Dallas and now want me to change (but the fear of Oyinbo for POE na the beggining of tinkin for me o) cos of accommodation. Now, at my interview I gave correspondence from Houston. So

1. How do I change to Dallas and not have issues with CBP??
2. And won't this affect my going back?
3. Must I get appointment from Dallas/Houston (cos I've not booked any appointment in Houston) for POE's sake??
Lastly, gurus that are going/presently/just birthed in Dallas, which hospital did you use/ using? I've searched but didn't get a convincing result. Hubby's friend said Medical Centre Arlington, but didn't want to bank on that to avoid stories that touch the Pocket. Pls help a sister O, as time don dey waka.

Note: I STILL DEY FIND CHEAP FLIGHT O! In case you know where dem waka go

The $250 is just for enrollment and Dr's letter as I was told. I think the most impt is getting my visa as you said. Please pardon my inquisitiveness, wanna be all ready before going for interview. Is evidence of hotel booking paramount for visa interview?

The only advantage of the visa over etc is your ability to use the visa for 2yrs or other trips without having to rush to process naija passport.

Not true. Went to Dubai and Ghana with my daughter on her visa. It's clearly written there multiple entry

Only recently in preparation for this new waka that I did her Naija passport

Yea because I got to know about the letter of medical responsibility they give when u pay an enrollment fee of $150 from this forum before ever seeing it on their site. When I was filling the contact form I mentioned that I am yet to be issued a visa, so when they wrote me in their first mail they mentioned that those who don't have visa yet need Dr's personalised letter (as they called it) which costs extra $100. I was mad with them because such information isn't one their site and I was beginning to feel like I was in the wrong hands, they went on and on to explain further when I asked too much questions that a lot of their client had been turned down at the embassy during their interview with mere letter of responsibility . They said only those with visa before enrolling used theirs at POE, they even suggested refunding my money if I wasn't comfy with that . You can send the money via walmart transfer, they charge extra 9 dollars though. I did that and she picked it at the walmart close to her.

The visa I got for my son was single entry 3 months done by Eddy...

My little chic's own is 2 years multiple entry (done by Tanko) this is more useful as we have some travelling to do next year and I haven't bothered about getting her a Nigerian passport.
