The visa I got for my son was single entry 3 months done by Eddy...

My little chic's own is 2 years multiple entry (done by Tanko) this is more useful as we have some travelling to do next year and I haven't bothered about getting her a Nigerian passport.

That's strange... It was eddy that did mine

Mayb you should mention it to whoever before paying that it's the two year own you want
I dint even know 3 months / single entry was an option

My son got the 3months single entry visa from Eddy as well. Funny enough I assumed that was the standard practise

Pediatric first visit for me was 75 dols
Did that new born screening too. But for 12 dols. The nurse assisting the dr( as in take weight et al) insisted I b referred me to memorial hermann she said it was the cheapest and truly it was.

Baby doesn't need a ticket for the Nigerian visa. Urs is enough.
Btw ETC is cheaper.

@firstymum God bless that Nurse jare, which paediatrics is that o so I can insist on using him/her too, is it our Doc E that appoints the Paed for us? Dollar isn't smilling o, I learnt its now N250 for aboki.

LI:
Round One of our missionary journey is officially a wrap. Wifey and baby returned to Naija yesterday via BA.

Even while there were a few legitimate concerns, we went ahead with Dr F and Oakbend. We figured there were both positive and negative reviews for him but as long as other people were birthing with him, it couldn't be worse than the experiences we've had in the past.

In this era of misconstruing positive feedback for selling and one who gives good reviews must be an agent, I will not be that open about our experience with the doctor. However, there were two incidents worth noting:

1. We got a bill of $6,840 from US Anesthesia Partners for wifey's unscheduled CS after speaking to a customer rep. He insisted on not accepting our payment of $950 until the matter was decided by the board and demanded we fax a justification for the reduction in price to him. We sent him all the documents he requested and at the last minute, we spoke to Dr F about it. He referred to the customer rep as ignorant who should be taken lessons from we patients. Long story short, we didn't pay a cent more than $950 and we received our zero balance.

2. After sending numerous emails to Alice of Oakbend and several un-returned phone calls in-between, Dr F during our post partum appointment advised we pay them a visit at the billing office. We did and got our zero balance 30 minutes later.

The doctor could be the worst doctor in the whole US of A or we were just lucky.

Sincere gratitude to everyone who contributed in no small measure to our journey: directly or otherwise. We are very grateful. The openness with which information is shared here is unparalleled and this made everything super smooth. Even our friends who live in America got a few tips from us.

P.S Now preparing myself for Round Two before Donald Trump gets sworn into office and dabaru everything

Chei! @ Bros LI, round two keh wen una neva unpack bag finish, easy on madam o. Congrats on the successful completion of this mission.
Please for the sake of we peeps whjo also flew BA, a beg take us through how you went about adding the infant ticket, how much it cost, free baggage allowance for the infant etc. Thank u Sir

Even though ETC seems cheaper (depending) , I still went for Naija visa, I felt comfortable doing d visa rather dan the ETC. For me the difference was $52 including postal fee.

@Ozycy, did u apply for the visa directly or used an agent? If agent; which of them did u use as I learnt Tanko and Eddy don't charge d same fee. Biko dollar ain't smilling o.

Wow, mama triplets, a very big congratulations to you. GOD bless and keep them.

The two visa I got from Eddy last year and Tanko this year are all two years multiple visa.
Ehe, dey stamped my Dota in for 3months when we entered Naija last year. As she v overstayed her 3 months, is it gonna be an issue if she wants to travel out before the visa expires?

Meanwhile, They didn't write any date for my latest baby when we came back.

Hullo everyone. Congratulations to all new mamas and papas, successful Interviews and POEs. Pls, I have a question to clarify,...Initial plan was to go to Houston,( though it has not really changed) but hubby got a friend in Dallas and now want me to change (but the fear of Oyinbo for POE na the beggining of tinkin for me o) cos of accommodation. Now, at my interview I gave correspondence from Houston. So

1. How do I change to Dallas and not have issues with CBP??
2. And won't this affect my going back?
3. Must I get appointment from Dallas/Houston (cos I've not booked any appointment in Houston) for POE's sake??
Lastly, gurus that are going/presently/just birthed in Dallas, which hospital did you use/ using? I've searched but didn't get a convincing result. Hubby's friend said Medical Centre Arlington, but didn't want to bank on that to avoid stories that touch the Pocket. Pls help a sister O, as time don dey waka.

Note: I STILL DEY FIND CHEAP FLIGHT O! In case you know where dem waka go grin
I guess you have the right to change your mind, the key thing is showing proof of solvency where ever you decide to birth.
Dallas Hospitals include Medical Center Arlington, Arlington Memorial Clinic, JPS Hospital Arlington (which I used, but you have to be a Tarrant County Residents to qualify for the OB Maternity Pack. Fees are same as posted on here.

Note that that most Dr's in Dallas don't give hospital correspondence. They would rather see you in person.

1. Nobody knows. It depends on the vacancy of dates at the time u submit.
2. If successful, as a general rule, u are asked to pick up your visa In 2 working days.
3. If successful, sure u can book your flight immedately making sure to factor in the time ul pick up the visa.
4. Depends on the airline. If they have spaces left u can even book your flight a day before. What u now consider is issue of the possible high fare
5. I ddo not know about the time frame for statements. But its only Reasonable that u go with a recent statement. A week or 2 week old statement aint bad in my opinion but a month seems a bit old

Thanks sis,God bless u.
