I have tried option 1 of your advise for the 3 topics i have in mind:

The first topic directed me to IEEE site where i will need to pay before been able to download the e-copy with different price for member and non member
for the second topic i saw a pdf that contain its abstract, introduction, summary, conclusion and future work. I will try to make do with this pending the time i get a better/full version.

For the third topic, it also directed me to IEEE site and also need to pay depending on my status with them.

I will try out your second option too, but i have only one friend in Canada for now.

please anyone should help me answer this question. if a person should choose to reapply the 2nd time after first refusal, does the canadian embassy requires that i do a fresh medical test allover again?

also does the canadian embassy charge any ammount for the processing of documents or visa or TRV?

please guys help me with answers

After using agents, U start asking questions.. Well to answer u, ur medical is valid for 1year so u won't need to do another. Secondly, once u pay ur visa fees and biometrics, u are not required to pay anything again..If u like make that agent use u do Christmas!

You may need to really take time to reflect on your application before deciding what direction to follow. Think of your application like a story or painting in the making; imagine the parts to bring the whole together and vice versa.
Like I said previously, whatever account you decide to pay from is your call.
PS- the best you can do is take time to read this thread thoroughly. Parts 7 and 8 especially. I wish you success sir.
