you don't need to be a genius to know that lagos state has the least indigenous population per total resident population in Nigeria
How do you know this? Because everyone flocks to Lagos? It doesn't make you look intelligent to make spurious assumptions. I am Lagosian I think I know better. Because we are swamped with the whole of Nigeria's population does not make us the least in population.

That is why figures and facts are sacred and sacrosanct. The easy line of thought is that FG civil service is populated by Northerners, but this facts shows the reverse is the case. Although, i know this does not include the military and para military.

let's pretend my claims were allegations and spurious, so prove me wrong, prove to me that the awori's, ilaje's and egun among other indigenous populations constitute up to 30% of the resident yoruba population in lagos and 10% the total resident population! remember am differentiating resident from indigenous and yoruba here.

Lagos with just 2180 is surprising.
Imo with over 5000 FG civil servants is eye opening.

Generally, more FG civil servants in the South than in the North (averagely speaking). Yet we all brag that those Nortgerners only rely on FG.

If fewer of them work with the government, does it not tell us majority fend for themselves? If anything, it's their politicians and leaders who enjoy the largesse while the commoners bear the brunt of poor leadership, same as majority of Nigerians.

That list does not contain the armed forces, Police Universities, Polythechnics, COE, and other paramilitary forces not counted as civil servants. The number will sky rocket for the northernerns in this areas (Military and Paramilitary)

Imo has the highest number if graduates. Many civil servants are graduates. Do the math. Lagos has the lowest population of indigenes in Nigeria. Most Lagosians were from other states.

sutup.

Most Lagosians prefer to work with companies.

Who in Lagos want to do government work? Only few.

When we have MTN, Dangote, Banks all head office in Lagos

All most manufacturers are in Lagos.

I have not met a single government worker for the past 9 months.

I wonder if states like zamfara or kano top the list.. Wailing would have started again ..

How many graduates can you find in a state like Zamfara or Kebbi?

The issue is that most of their few graduates get the Job automatically without stress...While the same can't be said about States in the South

Northerners don't bother with Civil Service, they are more interested in parastatals, military,para-military & govt owned companies. Igbo people no dey stay for their place o...they're everywhere and them dey quick claim other people place.

What you wrote has some truth but Imo State has by far the highest number of graduates in Nigeria. For the past 30years nearly 10% of yearly graduate output has been from Imo State. Make your enquiries and add that to your knowledge of Nigeria.

No wonder many do not want to return to Biafra.

Even Kanu will wish he had remained in UK instead of coming to Nigeria and receiving the DSS hospitality.

Biafrans should bury their heads in shame.

That doesn't justify the 700 from a State of 14million while a State of 5 million has almost 6000. The reason is because Kano people have less interest in Government job which of course is good.

You changed your statement. Initially you said that Lagos has the lowest of indigenous population in Nigeria. This is false. There are definitely other states in Nigeria with a lower total indiginous population such as Bayelsa and Eboniyi.
I agree with your new statement that the ratio of indigenous to total residents in Lagos is probably the lowest in Nigeria. Lagos is the only state in Nigeria where the number of people who come to the state is higher than the number of people who are originally from there. This isn't because the Lagos indigenous population is small but because the number of migrants is ridiculously high. Lagos grows at a rate of 600,000 people per year.
