I believe you are a qs like me and you know how to apply cost well. Depending on yur job either as a consultant or contractor. You can survive. Do d mathematic and if d job is a contractor qs, please grab it and thank me later

Ibeju Lekki to ketu is too far and u will spend more on transport including stress, look for ur course mate on social media, u may see one living in Ikorudu,Agege,Osodi berger, never give up

OP. Just make effort to get a place closer. If you start with this, you can multiply your monthly pay by 4 before June 2016. I know what am saying. Not sure it will be issue going from the location you're talking about. But, make effort to take up the job.

judt look for another friend oor relation living closer to d mainland. 50k is ok, a lot are living in lagos, covering bigger distance with less pay. The koko is to start from somewhere

Start first, while U sought for accommodation around Ketu. U will definitely get one or a colleague to stay with!

My brother I know ibeju Lekki very well and very acquainted with Ketu as well. Let me break it down for you. From Awoyaya to Ajah is #150/100. Ajah to Ketu is #400. That's #1150 to and from. Not only that, you will face traffic when coming home (I just got out it couple of hours ago) and the traffic, depending on when you close, will not last less than an hour.

Now that I have described the monetary and physical conditions, I leave the decision to you to make.

the question is "can i survive in Lagos without a job?!" i have quite a few friends who are receiving around that a month, some have good stories so don't.

Agege is far better. From Agege to Berger is N100, and from Berger to Ketu is N50. If you have an option of residing at Agege, please embrace it with all you've got.

of course you can survive if you're not extravagant. They're saying you'll spend much on tp. yes it's true but it's just for the mean time since you're squatting with a friend. you won't stay with him forever abi. you'll get a place closer to your work and that solves it.

Take the job and use it as a stepping stone. it's important to get busy than staying at home. As time goes on, u will be get a better job.

My dear, the only advice I can give you is to look for an accommodation near by. I will advise you resume to the office on the agreed date, try to be friendly with your Co worker and jokingly relate your issue with them. Shuttling between Ibeju Lekki and Ketu is definitely out of the world. Transport fare, stress and there is no way u won't be late for work.

Apart from the transport fare from Lekki, consider the time and stress. You can get an apartment around Ketu or ikorodu for less than 50k/ year. If u can get a loan to pay for the rent.

Rent a shack closest to where you work, if need be. Be very very grateful. Tens of thousands of graduates are walking the streets of Lagos for years looking for jobs with even less pay.

50k? And you still need advice whether to start or not Guy na WA for you o!!! My salary is 15k and I spend like #200 every day for transport and I'm a part time student of Unilag (DLI) just concluded 300 level, resume@400 level. ......and I have survived through till date. And you are there contemplating on 50k job? Bros, even if na standing you go dry stand (mu standing ) everyday, you go survive with lesser pay............abi no be 4 dis Lagos

Man...i survived with 35k living in mowe and working in ikeja..i also write professional exams...God is good.
