Millex:The questions are not maths questions nor general knowledge questions. They simple use of English, chemistry, biology and physics. even if you like score 380 or 320 your chances is the same with those who scored 200 and 210. The basic requirement is for you to score 200 in the utme. It is only your post utme score will determine whether you secure mbbs or not. |

Dqueenzy:well if you strongly have the passion to study medicine you could however do a change of course and institution just after the jamb result is out. |
Re: The medical students and aspirants thread by Catalyst4real: 11:18am On Dec 23, 2015 |
Dqueenzy:The only option you have is to wait for the jamb result, if your jamb score is good, like 250 and above, then get the change of course form and fill medicine, with high scores in jamb and post utme, ABU will admit you. All the best. |

durels101:boss, "Medicine is only for those who cannot imagine doing anything else" Im an aspirant, and i was also scared abt choosing medicine becos i felt i dnt av enuf time to prepare, but the advice i got on here was really gud and helpful, and everyday my hope increases, the only modification i made during my jamb registration was change of institution frm Uniben to AAU (becos my o'level's at 2 sitting and AAU seem to recieve way less applicant for mbbs than uniben.. Just strategy bro) But if u really want it, then u shud study like ur life depends on it.. 5 Likes |

durels101:Frm my calculation, its nt too late. but u will av to read like a mad man... U might finish all d syllabus, but u wont av time to read it over again like 2 or 3 times (which is highly recommended to cement everything u've read in ur memory) but not withstanding u shud start d jacking, we gotta face it head on... get lamlad, explicit bio, modern, calc in phy, new school, et al.. U wanna have a plethora of materials at ur disposal.. #cheers to success bro. 1 Like |
