God bless you, you are making some sense here, she's opened minded and I like her for that you need to prove it to her that you are better there could be something about the ex that's making her consider him, talk to her, give her sometimes to get her shii together, love her some more and see what happens in a few months time do not rush her 3 months is not enough time to give up on a relationship except when the person openly tells you with attitude that she's not interested, guy let your friend give her some time, and his response is actually pushing her back to the ex, tell her you can better that dude make her forget him.
