Hian, if I talk now, one mumu girl go call me learner.
But I'll take the risk, since I don't want OP to join the bandwagon of guys that drag our name through the mud. let me break it down for you.
Under normal circumstances, females gravitate towards males they're attracted to. In the animal kingdom, males attract females through dominance or flashiness. Since as humans we can't exactly engage in fist fights each time we come across cute girls, our own mating call is more subtle.
Celebrities and politicians/business tycoons obviously attract ladies with their fame and money.
But as an average working-class guy, all you need is wit and charisma, and you're good to go. The only time its reasonable to ask a girl you just met for her No is if you guys bonded (say you sat together for a journey) and she was receptive to your advances. Don't just stop babes on the road and begin to beg for their Nos, or go to the mall, cinema or a party and begin to demand for phone Nos like a lunatic. Pls its corny and disgraceful.
Call me proud if you have to, but I will never beg anybody for their contact, not ever. If we meet and she's intelligent enough to appreciate my wit then we can see how things go, provided she doesn't live far away. My focus is on cultivating friendships, which more often than not transform into relationships. Pls you guys should get this silly notion that you must straff every girl you meet out of your heads. If konji hold you, go Babylon. Work on your grammar, dress sense and poise, be mature and confident in yourself and the right kind of girls will come running, I assure you

Your friend seems to have forgiven her so I think you should let it go.
That was a really lousy thing to do on her part. Even if she remembers,she would definitely regret it.

Just to add to what i posted earlier....what i do is...if she teLLS me no with no reason, but her body language is teLLing me yes, i might stiLL stick around to show her that i'm genuinly serious, u knw most times they teLL u no cos of their past experience which has ignorantLy Left them with the beLieve that aLL guys are the same, so, u gotta stick around to prove her wrong, though in most cases, she wouLdn't wanna open up to u on why she's saying no...it is Later on when she has seen ur sincerity that she might open up.
