The governors were right to ask for their share since the FG was always stealing from the account without their knowledge and approval. The question is, what did NOI and GEJ do with the FG's share of the money? No be loot dem loot am?

Passingshot and others like Obiagelli and Modath will asked such questions about what GEJ and NOI did with their own share of the ECA when their own ministers have acknowledged the fact that GEJ outperformed his predecessors. Fashola said it that GEJ constructed/rehabilitated more roads than any other previous government, Amaechi finally agreed he was dumb for not knowing there was train service in his state. Also, I believe that building 14 universities is not less of an achievement because even passingshot's mentor OBJ couldn't build one new university or rehabilitate the facilities of federal universities in 8 whole long years. Even during my final year in ABU, massive reconstruction was witnessed in 2012.

You guys need to learn to remove bias from your discuss and speak the truth even if it's done once in a blue moon...

Well, I must admit that obiagelli won me on that Fash's scenario as I based my statement on what I read on NL. But in your case, I still think the bulk stops at the tables of VCs. This is because they all received their allocations and stuffs but chose not utilize it appropriately. My school was properly rehabilitated and new facilities/lecture halls added back then. Why didn't other VCs do theirs?

Mo love, I have one question for you, are the universities functioning? Tho may not be up to par which is a failure on GEJ's part but are they functioning? If they are then he tried but should have done more. Now how do you compare our agricultural sector under GEJ and other previous administrations? Was there still no known difference or was the agricultural sector revolutionized?

Compare social welfare programs such as YouWin, SURE-p, etc with feeding school children inside dilapidated structures and poor academic environment and paying 5k to some jobless almajiri, I must say that Buhari lacks vision to not have seen that the best way to improve our economy in this present economic state is to establish special entrepreneurship grant programs to support farmers, auto repairers and welders, agro processors, etc.

On the Kemi and NOI issue, you can't compare these two people, hope you know? Also, it'll take Kemi at least one or two decades to be able to attain what NOI has achieved. They are on two different fronts and surely, Kemi herself will tell you same if she's not a sycophant..

That bloody lie was circulated from a website called IgbereTV. Other similar crude blogs like trentonline, breakingtimes, guardiannewsusa quickly picked it up and spread it like wildfire to the admiration and excitement of Jonathanians; in fact it was even reported that Jonathan constructed 25000km of roads, and I couldnt help but wonder how many kilometres of roads we have in nigeria. I have been asking this question for ages now, no one has been able to provide a credible source.
