Skipping breakfast is not the best. In fact it can be counter productive by lowering your metabolism, your BMR & could even delay or completely stop Ovulation. Best is to have a protein rich breakfast that will set you up for success. If you want to skip meals, skip dinner and replace with Fruits (low sugar & GI) or vegetables. Also try to eliminate refined sugar & flour from your diet, eat low carbohydrate & high protein. Take this from someone who has PCOS, has battled with being overweight most of her adult life and tried out several weight loss diets, Cleanses, Supplements & gimmicks. Hopefully your new Gynae will be great & God will bless you through his guidance & care, Amen.

I actually smiled reading some comments.

I don't know but God's ways are truly not the ways of man. We can't even fully grasp it. I just know that God answers each differently. We definitely won't all have the same testimony. It is true that God works with time and season, it is also true that praying can hasten or make our season or time come sooner than later. There are several examples to cite in the Bible.

We can't tell or predict when God's mercy will come but we sure can pray and attend programmes. If you feel you should attend any programme or even all the church events, please do. If you believe in fasting pls do. It is definitely not by our might or merit or even good works but byHIS grace only.

I don't believe we should even disect anyone's WIDD, just read, congratulate and move on. By replying and reading so much into the mamas comment, in extreme reasoning, it would look like rubbishing her post, experience and testimony. Or on a mild note, it would look like you don't believe it's the fast or her prayers that brought out her testimony. Either which way, It is her experience she has shared, may not work for someone else. Na God win in the end.

96 million d count is ok. Though there is slight infection which antibiotics can easily clear off. Good luck sis.

1.It means that he has a total of 96million sperm cells per 1ml of sperm which is great. An average acceptable sperm count is 20million so you gotta appreciate your DH's numbers.

2. Out of the 96 million, 35% = 33,600,000 is very active in their movement, 45% = 43,200,000 is moving sluggishly and 20% = 19,200,000 is dead. An average of 2million - 5milkion actively moving is said to be enough to do the job so he's still good since he has 33million, 6 hundred thousand actively moving.

3. He has a growth of the infection E.Coli and the antibiotics that can be used in the treatment is all written there. Please take to a Dr for proper prescription on dosage and duration to ensure it gets treated and wiped off completely.

4. He failed to mention morphology though another parameter that checks how the sperm cells are shaped and the number properly shaped. But in all, I'll say he has good numbers and the only place he has an issue is the infection and Motility. It will be great if the Active is higher than the sluggish and the dead. But even with that he still has good numbers.

5. He should just treat the infection and I believe his Motility will shoot up and become perfect. You can even get pregnant as it is esp if you're not infected (which is doubtful) but getting pregnant in the presence of infection increases the risk of malformation and miscarriage if not treated.

6. Please also get tested for infection too and get treated together with your DH. During treatment use protection to BD or abstain to avoid moving the infection up and down amongst you both. Wash and soak panties and his undies in disinfectant water for a few minutes before spreading to kill off any germs that might be on them.

My fertility challenge:
According to HSG done last year July, was diagnosed with perifimbria adhesion on my right tube. I did castor oil therapy for few weeks, took serrapeptase for a month and used 4 seeds of clean point tampon at some point. I didn't use these treatments religiously at all, in short, I stopped d castor oil therapy when I burnt my stomach . Finances aren't easy to come by because I don't work and dh's income handles so many bills and we all know ttc isn't cheap. So, for d past 4-5 cycles, i've not taken any drug or treatment relating to ttc. Right now, my name na sitdown look ...I just dey look God until he tells me what next to do even as he provides money also.

I have no experience to share but just thought I should encourage & remind you that you have 2 tubes. So if the right has Perifrimbal Adhesion then the Left is there to do the job. Also know that Perifrimbal Adhesion is not a sentence that conception is impossible rather it could just take time compared to where it doesn't exist. Besides you have an amazing God so no shaking. Sorry for the burn, I know how it feels plus the scar too. I got mine while trying to shrink Fibroids. Is your tube also blocked or its just the Perifrimbal Adhesion? Continue looking up to & trusting God, he's the Unchangeable Changer and doesn't disappoint on his promises. Wishing you your healthy bfp soon this year.

My people, today is my Cycle day 44 and Day 28 since i started M2Tone.
