Here you go, try this therapy some ATC mamas have tested it ok but substituted lime with lemon, I BEG PREGGY MAMA NO TRY AM OOOOOO

Ingredients
Lime
lipton tea bag (no substitute)
Egg

Preparation
Brew your lipton tea bag in hot water and leave to cool till warm enough to drink
Break ur egg in another mug/cup and add a little lime juice
Pour the egg mixture into ur tea mix together and drink up to 3 hrs b4 kpekusing.

Warming!!!
please use pasteurized eggs only to avoid salmonella infection, make enough liquid u can consume at once half a mug should be enough.
if you can't get pasteurized egg, put your egg in boiling water for a while not enough to make it cook or solid before use

Mama's, is it normal to feel ur hrt-beat pounding in ur ears... I also breathe heavily when changing sleeping positions. I also learnt in ANC to be cleaning my tips with wet towel or cotton wool dabbed in olive oil, I started doin d cleaning ooooo only to start feeling a peppery sensation on one tip den d next time it ws both tips. Since then I stopped cleaning it. Are all these feelings normal?

I feel my heart pounding too sometimes... and I breath heavy and even choke when I'm changing sleeping positions, just like when I lay on my back too...
I think it's normal...
For the breasts, I feel a tingling sensation (quite discomforting too) whenever I clean...

@mompurity2, also experienced it and was diagnosed with malaria shortly after it started. I wrongly assumed it would go after I recovered. It had nothing to do with the malaria. It gave me sleepless nights but I didn't even notice exactly when it stopped. It just did one day.
