I am an adult, and having been sexually active, after about 2 weeks or tops a mnth of not hving sex or masturbatin, i generally just hv a wet dream. And honestly, even more than masturbatin and fornicatin, i hate wet dreams more (too many variables beyond my control)

So for me.. Here is my take, i try not to fornicate, in its stead, i masturbate about once a week (or 2 weeks) , been doing that for quite a while, and it doesn't just make me feel healthier, it helps me avoid fornication and them annoying wet dreams.
