I am waiting for Access too but I didn't join Fidelity because of sluggishness of First Registrars.

processing ediv mandate form is free for for most banks. however, bankers confirmation of signature is not free. FCMB charges about N1050 to obtain one.

Sir, I guess Sir Peterichy had been dealt with by NSE in a very harsh and unprepared way. Yes, you can just walk into any branch and have them endorse your E-dividend form and it is free of charge.

Yes they will. I did mine last week Monday. My account office @ Lagos Marina but I did it in Abeokuta branch.

In my case, its just the application form, but the registrars asked me to send the original form (the one i scanned) to them in addition to the email response from them. the form and the attached passport photograph must be endorsed by the bankers before they will process the request. According to them, its a processs to prevent scamming.
