hello house.I bought some uba shares through Morgan itrade on Tuesday but can't sell since yesterday. i get insufficient balance error msg. i called customer service and I was told the buy order on Tuesday did not do through because of some tech issues with NSE on Tuesday and my money will be credited back where as it is showing as filled on d trading platform. has anyone had a similar issue?

I had a stockbroking account with one of the suspended stockbroking firms (First Equity Securities Ltd). What happens to investors funds trapped in such firms when SEC suspends their operations?

What process should I follow to move my stock holding from this moribond firm to another broker?
Meristem Stockbrokers would surely be of great help,080063747836 is a TollFree line of Meristem!

I am not sure I have the numbers to prove, but I can help.
Just like the cash to purchase their products is been diverted to buy BLACK MARKET, so is the cash chasing their stocks... grin.

I bet you, if nigerians did not have a very strong spirit, the NSE would have since become history.... grin

Stocks will always go up and down but remember some people bought that same stock at roughly 1naira just in February. So in reality we are back to the same thing...know when to get in or be lucky in getting in.

Sirs', Please don't escalate this issue. No one care punctuation marks as long as you keep making money. So let's stop all this unwarranted issue. Remember this is stock market forum not a college class. Thank you all for your understanding. #EnoughIsEnough

hahahahah. I actually just look at the result once in a while, I never bother about the spectators or goal post. There is always time to watch a replay of how we played as long as the result is great. If the result is bad then of what good is a replay except for some learning points though.
