He was graceful enough. He gave the guy enough warning before he sent him away. And hey. A law court is NOT an election reading room. There is actually a law for there to be order in court, it's actually a criminal offense punishable by jail. and the least of all people to break that law should be a so-called learned lawyer! What the hell was he thinking acting like that in court?!!!!

The behavior of Saraki's counsel was rascal, so was the behavior of the learned judge. Though the judge owns his court, a more experienced court would have handled that with some bit of decorum.

You can not go to a court of law and you, a lawyer will insist on refusing to take to the instructions of his lordship. That's never possible. Lawyers are supposed to be learned. I don't know where this particular one trained.

I am tempted to talk....the judge is wrong and he is playing to the hand of the defence team. The way it is now, he cant handle this Saraki's case in good conscience, he is biased. Defence cant get justice in this court again, even if he is willing to give justice.

What I'm saying is this, I lost count of how many times Umar said "sit down ". That shouldn't be. The judge owns the court room. He shouldn't have to say 'sit down ' more than twice before he kicks the lawyerz ar.se. Am talking of a badass judge.

A sitting judge asks you, a counsel to sit down and you're talking back. Those who claim they want due process and respect of the law really have no regards for the law. This rubbish can't be exhibited in a developed country. The lawyer would be in trouble.

Where is it stated in our rules also for a judge to refuse to rule on an application one way or the other? But rather, he is getting personal.

That useless lawyer was lucky Justice Umar did not order for his stinking idiocy to be thrown into jail. In a court of law, you dare speak when a judge has not asked you to speak?! This is part of the lawlessness, we need to deal with in this country.

A good judge should also not show such heated passion in order not to infringe on his stance as an impartial arbiter!
He should has allowed the lawyer make his submission and the correct him where necessary, all the while controlling his temper.
