Now the story goes like this. My friend (henry) has been dating this girl (bella). Yeah. They're both cool. Henry is 20yrs. While bella is 16yrs. So according to my friend they've had s*x like 4 times in different occasions. So on that faithful day last week monday. The girl dad sent her to get things for him. So the girl decided to visit the guy b4 going. Because we all stay in the same area. So while the girl was there. Somethings leads to something and they had s*x again. Then when the girl returned home it was late and her father was so mad at her.

I was not in there house anyway. But I believe with enough beating and threatening the girl then confessed that she visited my friend so the confession caused the man to pick up machete started going to my friend house he saw my friend on he's way. Unfortunately for my friend the man came from behind wanted to cut he's head. But he noticed on time set he's hand to block it. And he get a very deep cute. (pictures attached). We rushed him to hospital thank God for the doctor. The hand was stitched and he's stomach too then the next day the has already goon to the station to report the case the next day my friend was arrested was taken to the station (jahi-1police_station. Abuja).

The man even brought he's lawyer to sue my friend. My friend is alone in this abuja. As in. No brother no parents. So I begged my mum and explained things to her. She followed me to the station. While at the station. They asked the girl if my friend rape her she said yes. My friend was shocked. My friend told the D.P.O that he didn't rape her. That they're dating. But we are made to understand that if you sleep with an underage girl with her permission it's 14yrs in prison. Then rape is life imprisonment. So anyhow it goes my friend is guilty.

So my mum having understand where things are going she called her boss in her office. (N.H.I.S). So they intervened and the case ended @the station there. But they didn't do the man anything for attempting murder or taking law into he's hand .

@16, that girl is only pressured by her folks to say that ur friend raped her.
That girl lied.she wasn't threatened by her Father.she made it up cos she felt guilty.She shouldn't be trusted

She is nursing that pain that she betrayed the guy she loves. She will still plead for forgiveness when d time comes.





Trying to betray someone that trusts u so much by blackmailing and false accusations is very bad.





But then again, just imagine what the girl will be feeling after series of treats by that wicked father of hers. He must have threatened to do heaven on earth to her if she doesn't say that.


Just beg ur friend to forgive the girl. U guys can do whatever u want with the father.

Kai I no fit believe am, so now u want us to pity ur friend and take sides. Well my youngest sister is 16 and if any guy dares sleeps with her with or without her consent I'll do worst than attempt murder, what nonsense that girl is still a minor, most of us agitates against under age marriages now tell me what is d difference, instead of advising the girl to take her studies seriously he's messing around with her. Firstly, the man has caused ur friend grievous hurt, which is punishable with over 3 years imprisonment; he also committed the tort of assault, by which ur friend could claim punitive damages (over a million naira) against him; secondly, the consent age is 16 under the criminal code(south) and under the penal code(north), the consent age is when the woman is 14 years of age. All your friend need is a good lawyer. I would wan to know if the man in question is influential. Pls note that e if the man in question hires the service of of senior Advocate(SAN), h would not be able to save him. Hola at me, if ur friend wants to pursue his case. The North did not set any age of consent. Early marriage is common in the North. However in other parts of Nigeria, twr do not encourage it but early sexual relationship and abortion is very very common. It might interest you to know that some Western countries are considering 13/14 as age of consent. Sex is natural, a 13 year old girl is not to young too have sex. It is natiral to want to have sex. It is not wrong and she shouldn't be made to feel so.

Where the parents do not believe in early marriage or dating, they shouldn't kill their daughter's bf because she is underaged. She might be young but she has got feelings. Peer influence or age is not enough reason to lessen the burden of responsibility. It doesn't change the fact that she can differentiate right from wrong, she merely chose to do what she likes. Adults also make stvpid mistakes like that and they are not expected to take responsibility. If she knew that she would take full responsibility for her actions, she would think twice about what choosing her bf over her dad. Would you also say that If she committed murder or theft, she should be pardoned because she is 16? babe in developed climates where the age of consent is 16, yes if a 16 year old were to hurt or kill a person, he is she is treated with lighter gloves and not put in the same prison as adults over 18 who committed the same crime, saying a 13 year is ripe and well due is just bad psychologically, if i might add, you do know that if 13 is mature for sex then she would have partners of 18, 25 and 30 going for her, a child is a child, 13 year old females are probably just experiencing their periods for the 1st time, developing breast and more, they re just discovering puberty, throwing them straight at sex is bad and wrong, you thinking and arguments is flawed if you reason that a 13 year old child should engage in such, what you are saying is a child that is just growing into puberty should also be encourage to get pregnant and conceive, someone who is still being shown the world, who maybe is yet to explore and discover herself fully as a female and as a woman and you say she should have sex, babe i am disappointed this came from a girl.

he was harassed intimidated and almost got murdered all because of t0t0 - and he is just 20!

you friend should go and learn from his experience - he doesn't have money so obviously he cant buy a lawyer and Abuja lawyers are very expensive - even the charge and bail lawyers are expensive too!


he should keep away from that girl like she is a plague! in fact he should keep away from all girls till he is 40! tell him to use his time and chase money - when he succeeds all color and manner of t0t0s will be his - if in doubt he should go and ask 2baba!
