You want to be a key player in what sense, you were still not specific and you don't expect them to assume and they can't assume. So next time be specific)

You don't need to present soa at Poe before you will enter USA, you can only take it along with you unless your school asked you to bring along all the original copy of the documents you scanned to them during admission process

Bros schools usually take bank statement between 6 months. Its not yet 6 months old na.

You didn't read my post well but We are both saying the same thing..

You are right it might be after scanning your passport but I believe he saw it on your ds160 form or through the UCID or UID appointment profile or the remarks made by the former VO but that's my own guess
