It is absolutely wrong for any law enforcement agency to arrest and detain without evidence and preparedness to charge d arrested person to court. That is very unwholesome practice packed with intimidation tactics to place any person at an unfair disdvantage.

They are all here demanding that money abi yam be returned but none were able to say same to Mr Daftus whose academic qualifications are in question as to suitability to contest and become president. None of those here demanding for unproven allegations have also screamed that Buhari should simply produce his certificate and put paid to allegations instead of hiring 13 SANS and 10 other lawyers to begin delay tactics. Where is that infamous integrity?

Abegi na so lawyers they lie lie. Why not plea bargain. That route he wants to take is longer and wilI drain him the more. Ask metuh for updates. If it is not govnt money, is there any transaction he did with evidence that shows the purpose for which the money was collected. He is just making noise unnecessarily, IGG initial gra gra. By the time they slam him with strigent bail conditions of N400M and properties his eyes go clear. So if a friend of yours who is a civil servant came to you and gave you 50 million naira and said he did not know where it came from, you will just say the Lord is good, collect and move on. Abeg na hep me reason am.

As much as we want the money refunded, EFCC must carry out triala within the confines of the law.
We also want EFCC to investigate campaign fund for APC. One will wonder why most APC states can't pay salaries and pensioners since after 2015 election.

I don't know if you have been following this story from the beginning. The said money was not free gift, it was to execute the campaign project of the PDP. If so, it should have come from the PDP and not the government but we are bringing the government in because they were in power.

The guy is saying take me to court and try me there normally.

What if he did the job with the money he was given. Where will he get it to pay. Probably go to all the agencies to get it. Who in turn will get it from their workers.

He should be tried if found guilty should face the law not being intimidated.

If the guy received the money with delivering service it is fraud he should bring it but in the case he executed the job his principal should be held accountable for stealing our money not him.

But i will also like to add that because Nenadi Usman
says she didnt know the money was coming from govt coffers does not mean FFK should not be questioned.
She could be lying after all and they have the perogative to hear FFKs account of what transpired.

All that said,the main reason the EFCC is avoiding trials is simply because somewhere along the line;GEJ will be mentioned as the man who sanctioned the transaction and since they do not have the political will to bring him in for questioning,there is a likelihood that all the suspects will be acquitted for lack of diligent prosecution by prosecution..
