You can get more info from act.org and I am not sure if the exam is conducted in Nigeria but SAT is conducted in Nigeria

Some school make use of SAT or ACT, I am sure if you tell your school that you have SAT then no need of writing ACT

Hummm sorry to read this. Both test scores are quite low especially the toefl. Cant really give you much feedback, it would have been better if at least one test score was higher but then again another VO would not have asked for your test scores ......it is possible notes have been written on your file that low test scores so might be best to re take gre

Sorry about your denial. The question was, did you take any test?

Why present two poor results? You would have handed the VO only your GRE test score. Because having two poor test scores made him to feel you will struggle to cope with regard to studying in America.

What you should do now is to retake any of these tests and pass well. After that, you can reapply and your visa would be approved.

Again, sorry for your denial. Things can only get better.
