This is public knowledge already. It's no longer news that election related cases can be investigated and prosecuted. But the case should be about withdrawing the governor's certificate before any other issue can come up if not the consequences will be disastrous.

Maybe according to the law... Yes

But unfortunately, those sanators are only there for their pockets....so its better we the individuals they are representing speak out.

First thing I have against the senators....their earnings, you cannot be the highest paid in d whole world, when the country is not among the first 30 in terms for GDP.

But this useless senators will not sit down to cut their "take homes", not even in the current event of oil price drop..... Pathetic !

Great points bro.
It really makes me wonder how Buhari and APC can fight corruption when the NASS, where they have majority can't align their pay with our country's minimum wage!
It makes a mockery of their fighting corruption, assuming that they are really fighting it.

Exactly my comment on FTC couple of days ago, they will find a way to bend the Law to suit them or either summoned the judge. It was (danladi) now AGF, why not go to court of Law nd proof yer innocent It is just a simple drama .. .

The more Nigerian supports the automatic or legal way of looting call (Immunity) the more our politian will be desperate to loot nd twist law to favour them without consider the suffering masses... ...

Check the first paragraph...

If you remove that immunity, what stops tyrants from removing a governor they're not comfortable with?
Nice observations there then the more reason we have the judiciary to iron that out trust me with the way things are going Nigeria may never get it right. Remove the damn immunity clause from President and his Vice and to Governors and they r deputies and watch everything fall in line...Nigeria is dying Bro

Anytime I watch this picture I feel like crying for Saraki....for crying out loud that is the Father of APC you are holding like that and that is the man you directly and indirectly offended. Indeed, ambition is a rider (respect to Tupac), truly Saraki is not smart at all. He will soon shed tears in this coming weeks.....

The thing pain you, sha grin

Meanwhile, see greeting..

Falana the APC "anti-corruption". Lawyer who was amongst the 12 SANs who defended Buhari's certificate forgery
All these apc people will really shut down the country. When did Falana ammended his own copy of the consttution such that it has become partial immunity for governors? This hardship has cause infiction on many people. Am also happy he was denied the Anthony General of the federation.

Allegations remain fallacies unless proven to be true. And according to the letter written to EU,UN,etc, ' there was no name originally attached to this forgery allegations ealier ' but later about eight names were politically generated ' Besides common sense should be applied here if the deputy senate president n his boss were guilty they wouldn't have written letters to the international community calling for justice.

“But I want to remind the senate that the Attorney General of the Federation is only answerable to his boss, who is the president and nobody else.

The attorney general should have gone to his boss for screening and confirmation of his appointment since he is only answerable to him. Double mouthed Falana

Is this what the law says or we want to bend the laws? They are going to destroy this ailing democracy. This Falana is really a stooge.

If we can abuse the law because we want to create a lawful state that means we've lost any idea of what the law really is in the first place.

It's like Jungle Justice on a man who stole on the streets. Justice is not just an end to the means but both the means and end must be just.
God ble$$ u with so much wisdom.
