Is a shame that people think this is victimization like a crime was not actually committed.. Sarski and co should face the charges before them and if found not guilty then we will all be behind them.. Simple..

Falana APC lawyer who defends Buhari on certificate forgery case, shame on you. When another president is elected in future i hope you and Festus Kayamo won't start again calling yourselves human right activists.

You sound clueless with your text sorry.

Is it true that Falana represented our president in his certificate forgery case?
Could that be why he is close to another forger- our Asiwaju?

Is this what the law says or we want to bend the laws? They are going to destroy this ailing democracy. This Falana is really a stooge.

If we can abuse the law because we want to create a lawful state that means we've lost any idea of what the law really is in the first place.

It's like Jungle Justice on a man who stole on the streets. Justice is not just an end to the means but both the means and end must be just.

GBAM. Thank you.

Is bubu who has committed perjury in relation to his school certificates now will be arrested and prosecuted just ignoring his constitutional rights to immunity?

APC should stop bending rules to favour them.

A V DICEY, WHO POSTULATED THE THEORY OF THE RULE OF LAW SAYS THAT LAWS ARE MADE FOR MAN AND NOT MAN FOR LAW.
AT WHAT STAGE OF OUR POLITICAL LIFE AND LAW DO WE HAVE LEVELS OF IMMUNITY? NOW WHAT WE ARE WITNESSING IS CATCH AN ACCUSED THEN MAKE LAW. AND NOT LAW BEFORE AN ACCUSE

Falana should use that his half moon glasses to read Section 308 of the Nigerian Constitution (Immunity Clause) over and over again till he realizes that his statements, lies and propaganda cannot and will not supersede the Constitution even if he whispers it in Buhari's infected ear One billion times to deceive him.

I am getting worried about Falana. Since APC won the election he has been speaking, thinking and acting as a "FALZ" rather than a "SAN" undecided

Please what is a FALZ?
Thanks.

He was making small sense.... Until he said this...... :

"But I want to remind the
senate that the Attorney
General of the Federation is
only answerable to his boss,
who is the president and
nobody else.
“The same thing applies to
the states, so there is no
longer absolute immunity in
this country."

Falana is dancing too much to the govt of the day.

He is supposed to be the last voice and hope for the common man, but not anymore.

Na wa oooo, who commoner go come lean on now

In other news , belle go sweet me if Saraki can end in jail or at least out of d Senate.... That's not to say Falana should eat from the presidency's plate.

We need someone to put real fire on the ass on the present day govt so they can sit, think and act right. ........

I thought that an INDEPENDENT Senate is the best institutional person for this, not so?

It is only in Nigeria that we enjoy stupidity. Because as Africans,we have the tendency to steal especially when in position of authority, I see no reason why we should hold a law that can encourage thievery. We need to end the stupidity Immunity and prosecute and impeach any offender.

Maybe according to the law... Yes

But unfortunately, those sanators are only there for their pockets....so its better we the individuals they are representing speak out.

First thing I have against the senators....their earnings, you cannot be the highest paid in d whole world, when the country is not among the first 30 in terms for GDP.

But this useless senators will not sit down to cut their "take homes", not even in the current event of oil price drop..... Pathetic !

Oga Falana should stop telling political lies on altars raised by the APC..........The AGF is a minister and all ministers and their Boss, Mr President are answerable to the National assembly - so says Nigerian law.

Plus, the EFCC can only freeze the account of a sitting governor on the strength of a court order. Anything other than that, is an illegality and abuse of power.

Plus when did Prof Ihonvbere become a dogged fighter for democracy in Edo state?? Before he left PDP or after he joined APC??

And isn't this the same falana that joined 13 SAN's to defend Buhari's excuse for a certificate that he presented to INEC??

Gani Fawehimi would roll in his grave if he ever heard this coming from falana - APC money don dagbaru/rewire the way whey e dey think!!

That is the best way to go. Rubbish immunity.

There is a reason why it exists. The only problem is, Nigerians don't know how to follow the law and due process. The law is a suggestion in Nigeria. If you like follow it. If you like don't. When Bill clinton had sex with moniker Lewinsky as president, there were talks of him being arrested because he abused his office but they couldn't do anything about until he was impeached. Although after his impeachment, the talks of him being arrested died down. Immunity prevent chaos. You just can't keep arresting public officials. It distracts from governance. Nigerians just don't know how to use it properly which is why there is always a fire brigade approach to everything.
