Seriously, this has been on my mind for sometime.
We have been exposed to a certain "school of thought" through films across the world that ladies appreciate beautiful Flowers but does it work that way in this time and age?
Please sincere comments would be appreciated and beneficial to some people I believe.

Infact the names they are calling there sef dey confuse me..

Only thing wey I Sabi na crafish, onions, and pepper.

My personal recipe

1) Soak picked white beans for 15mins
2)After 15mins,Slice some peppers (not tomatoes), Grind it with blender till its smooth
3) To the grinded beans Add veg. Oil(just little),Seasoning(maggi),onion,you can also add boiled fish/meat or crayfish
4) Add the prepared stuffs into a nylon or Can
5) After 20mins on fire..Carry it off the fire and eat maybe with garri or wd bread..

Please someone shud correct this if its wrong

After mixing the bean powder with water;u suppose knw say the ratio of d water gats small o..then u blend ur ingredients: onion,tomatoes pepper,crayfish n wtv, u mix wit the bean paste now put seasoning n salt to taste if u are using a can which i blv u dey use oil d insides before pouring the paste or use nylon. U can add eggs n fish/chopped liver n u cook till it becomes puddin/moimoi... Send my own come via dhl u don make me hungry now
