I am sorry to hear that the picture thingy is giving you a hard time.

You can attach a hard copy of your passport pic to the form when you print out.

Don't stress over it, continue with the app.

If you are an intelligent student then u have no business in the direction of cheap school...... backup your talk with a good Sat / toetl and then go through a previous post that has schools with full ride scholarship for international student. .

Target the top school and in some cases u can be given full tuition and accommodation
