Cmon Mtn this is not cool at all, yesterday I loaded 200 followed by 400 naira making a total of 600 naira. I made calls worth 8 naira leaving me with a balance of 592 naira when I retired to bed. Woke up this morning and viola 100 naira has disappeared from my balance like magic, did you guys subscribed me to any of your products without my knowledge because i had ensured that that I wasn't on any of those.

So I loaded and bought a N500 data package today, which should have given me 1gb upon loading credit of N500 and 3.75gb upon using that credit to buy a 7day data plan

On loading, I have been told that I only have 1gb for weekend browsing, which renders the text a lie!! Also the bonus data is so slow and it is not supporting YouTube. What is the benefit of bonus GB if it does not support video?!

On dialling a code to subscribe for a particular service I was told that I had insufficient balance then I checked my balance only to see just #17.48 there.... Where the other money go I no know...
