That why me i recommend students checking other options such as applying for Canada PR when they are students in the US so at least u have a definte path to citizenship outside of Naija and if u miss d USA so much u go back later as a Canadian which is an easier work permit TN visa..... instead of this round and round and round and can be back to square one with nothing.

Do not give wrong info... A Canadian PR who got express entry cannot obtain a TN visa. It is only for canadian CITIZENS...regardless if you got a job offer in USA

BUT I never said a Canadian PR get TN visa ..... i said a Canadian or later when you become Canadian , i even said after 4 years you become Canadian in another post. ....a Canadian i referred to is a person who has got citizenship not PR... the term Canadian and Canada(ian) PR are different and were used differently

The VO isn't looking for your to provide a scripted or rehearsed answer. This is the area where prospective students get into the most trouble.

You don't need a fabricated answer about excellent student to teacher ratios or facilities that provide an environment conducive to learning. This in no way tells a VO you selected this school. Just a thought.

Instead, try talking about how you actually heard about this school and decided to apply, and why you chose it over the other options that you did, or didn't, have.

US immigration system flawed you guys must be high on something. Probably you've not tried Canada where they verify your documents and keep your passport for 15weeks and you might still get denied! Go and check the Canadian thread and see how people are complaining. You never know the true value of something until you lose it

You generally aren't going to find the textbooks in PDF format; for starters, it's copyright infringement. They also tend to use fairly current versions of the textbook, so getting the wrong edition might trip you up.

You can try to look for used versions on the local market or on Amazon.com for a cheaper alternative.

I have two advice for you.

Rent a book through chegg, make a scanned copy of it if it's not voluminous. You have atleast two weeks to return the book and you'll get your full money back.

Secondly, you can check bookfi.en if the pdf version of it is available. You can use betterwolrdbooks.com or Ebay.

dicapino u should rent from amazon....its the cheapest especially if u r on amazon prime....free shipping back and forth.....and you get the book in 2days. i used amazon rental for all my books or u can compare others though
