Yeah the MacBook is a good match up with an iPhone. The iPad Pro will not serve the purpose of the Mac. iPhone and IPad are both stand alone devices. The Mac compliments them both same thing a Windows PC. There is absolute no sense in buying an iPhone if you don't already own a PC.

Don't allow the poverty in the land to consume you. Break away from it and refuse to be poor. Cast and bind any spirit of poverty around you. Only poor people talk the way you are talking.

Trust me it lags while typing and I'm even using Google keyboard. Imagine how it would look if that was SwiftKey. I type faster on my 4 inch screen iPhone. Before the infinix I used s6 and the difference in typing is like 7 up. It's not just the ram, the processor means a lot.
That should be the keyboard you make use of.

I have been using Swiftkey constantly since last year January on many phones. I have been noticing some lag and how it consumes the ROM and RAM of phone. Even before that, I have tried many keyboards; no way.

Just this week, I decided to download the "Google Keyboard" from playstore, though, I have the stock one on that comes with my phone. Since it lacks some features to the other one I downloaded. I have been using it for almost a week now, it makes me know Swiftkey is just a waste of effort for typing.

Now I type smoothly than when I was using Swiftkey.

Buy whatever makes u happy. Do u think a busy man with a good paying job has time to be manipulating his phone? Where it is Android, iPhone or Windows phone just get whatever makes u happy (if u can afford it). I used galaxy s6 for over a year and it is the best phone I have ever used (apart from the very poor battery life). I also have an iPhone 5s which is the most reliable responsive phone I've ever used. I sold my s6 3 days ago and decided to give Chinese phones a try.

Bought an Infinix hot s for 50k still kept some change from the sale of my s6. That is my first Chinese phone and oh boy I don't think I will ever buy a Chinese phone again. Upon all the hype about the camera , the camera is NOTHING TO WRITE HOME ABOUT especially in low light. The phone lags from time to time and the screen resolution is so wack compared to the s6 and iPhone 5s, screen fails to respond from time to time especially when pulling down the notification tray. I am going to use this phone for about a month and sell it get an iPhone 7 or galaxy s7 edge. Really if u can afford a high end phone just buy it and get a rest of mind.

Please how did you get the Spotify on your iPhone cos I can't find it in the AppStore and does it play offline...am tired of streaming songs

Its ridiculous when people keep saying its not advisable to use iPhone in Nigeria. What is wrong with Nigeria? Is it not the same services that AT&T offers that Etisalat offers? What is the difference between T-mobile and MTN? Are they not both Telecom operators. The only difference that is discernible right now is the fact that the American operators offer LTE services and Contract plans. Apart from that there ain't no differences. iPhone is a smartphone with data abilities as well as GSM capabilities. You people should go to school and stop smoking weed all around the streets. This is the only way you all can learn and make your parents proud!

I read your reply. I just want to let you know my experience with Google Keyboard which works smoothly to the Swiftkey based on my own experience.

Is it the one you downloaded, or the one that comes with your phone you are making use of?

Bros I just say make I try am no oh. Plus I need a second phone and can't wait for the iPhone 7 as it won't be announced until Sept 7th and might not get to Nigeria until month end or even October. Imagine someone has the guts to compare a Camon c9 camera to that of s6... What an insult. Guy come see camera na, e be like camera wet dey for galaxy s2 lol. Even s3 camera is better. Some people will say it's hate but now that I have used it I can guarantee u all these Chinese phones are trash. Come see super dupa lagging when typing lol. Phone wet I just buy 3 days ago but then if someone has never used a high end phone he might not notice these shortcomings.
you entered MTK?? lipsrsealed.. It is finished.. I too can't wait for the iphone 7 too... It should be available in Nigeria around October

Boss did u jail break your iPad?

NO

After doing a comprehensive research I have discovered that I do not need to jailbreak my device for any reason. Everything I need I can get so what do I need a jailbreak for? I download movies and TV shows at will. I stream movies at my comfort. I download premium Music Albums easily and I get notified just on the first day of release. Narcos Season 2 was pushed out on September 2nd and I got it that same day, even my folks in UK asked me how I did it. All my devices are connected with home share in a central hotspot. Why will I jailbreak? What am I looking for again? I download Full HD YouTube videos with resolition as high 1080P. If there is any Apple accesory I cannot get from Nigerian online market place I hit Apple store directly. I even have apps on my iPad that downloads any video from any site irrespective of the format. I don't see why I will jailbreak a device I got for almost 300k. That is not a wise decision.

Observant:
Contrary to what Bossmd would want you to believe, iPhone is for dumb people.
The annoying restrictions of using an iPhone which introduces more headaches if you wish to jailbreak and override them are too numerous and time consuming.
I stopped using iPhone at 3gs to enjoy the maximum freedom of Andriod.

Just so you know, I root, unlock bootloader, flash custom Roms and as well jailbreak and unlock iPhones.

I will not use an apple device even at gunpoint.
i build custom roms from source code, i root, i flash, i mod cwm , use xposed installer modules, own sp flash tool and a miracle box, build img files, edit build.prop lay down a source code for days why generating roms, write my little APKs and do virtually anything possible on linux nor android, yet the iphone is and will always be my daily driver. Coming to jailbreak on ios 9.3.3 , I extended the certificate to a 1 year ...

Spotify does not work without an Internet connection.

If u are still interested then go to settings on ur iPhone, click on iTunes and appstore, click on ur acct, click view apple id, enter ur password and then u will see country /region. Then change that to US.

It does actually. But you have to upgrade to the premium account and download the songs to your local storage. That way you can play them offline.

In the screenshot you will see some albums I've downloaded.

Something like that. Someone talked me into buying it and since I'm not buying any other phone until the end of the month I said why not. Check the design of the phone looks decent and I check online they said it had 1080p display only to find out it is 720p after I bought it.

I saw this... " you cannot manage your media library without a laptop/computer with iTunes installed"""

Just so you know, u can access your pictures without installing itunes on the computer.

Also who has time to be installing all sh*t of applications on phones?

I love iphone for its simplicity and uniqueness. #Iphone5s

its really been informative reading through this thread. some inevitable condescending stuff from the IOS crew but they still made some good points.

However, at this stage of my life, I can't sink money into a phone that I would have to baby sit. I need a device that becomes MINE once I pay for it. So, I will be picking up my Samsung tomorrow morning.

cheers!
