This young man I would advise you to stop making ridiculous comments because you are annoying a lot of people here. Do you know you that you can actually be spotted out even if you think this is a faceless forum. Your IP address is registered and can also be tracked, by the police or law enforcement agencies and even hackers, right down to your very doorsteps.

Also, if this is a means to generate traffic and not an actual story please discontinue immediately and be very careful. Nigeria actually have laws and if you are ignorant about them, please go and get updated.
he doesn't know that, these are the issues we're always neglecting whenever reading terms and conditions...every Nairalander's IP is vulnerable in here...
and Mr OP, let's be honest with ourselves, you were in the right position to stop that act, if this story is real as you claim, then you bleeped up big time....#Fact

I understand what you're saying. That's what you should have said earlier instead of the insults. I've called the girl in question this and we have arranged to meet today. I've equally apologized on my friend's behalf and I equally told her to please forgive me for not stopping it when I had a chance to. I'm equally prepared to compensate her with 200k and my friend is will to add another 200k so that she can forget about the whole matter. I know it's not easy.

she should tape the convo and report to mirabel centre....hope she is reading this!

Guy you are a bastard for witnessing the rape incident without doing anything. If i saw my friend doing that, i will walk in, bang the door, and tell him to STOP right now. What da hell? i dont wanna knw how close we are. If i saw my friend trying to rape a girl, or raping a girl. I will just scream at him to stop right away, not pretending like im just walking in. Well, all u have to do now is just stay out of the whole situation and warn your friend very well. He might not be so lucky next time. You no be bastard sha bt i jut dey vex. Na pesin sister be the gal na.

My day has been so messed up. I went to see a friend of mine in his house. I was surprised the door wasn't locked and even the gate wasn't locked. I decided to help myself to a drink from his bar as soon as I entered the living room. As I was about serving myself, something told me to check on him in his room to see if he's there. As I approached his room I started hearing sounds. I decided to know what the noise was all about without making a sound.

Only for me to see a girl begging my friend to please have mercy on her and my friend was telling her to shut-up and comply. He was even beating the girl and have even torn her clothes. The girl was weeping bitterly and after about 20mins I decided to pretend I was just coming in by calling his name. He then told me to please wait for him in the living room. He joined me in the living room after about 10mins. I asked why he was breathing heavily and he told me that he just finished having sex with a girl. I confronted him with the truth and he opened up. He said he has been dating this girl for and that he has been spending money on her but she refused him sex. He said he used today's incident to recover all the money he has spent on her.

I'm really stuck between the devil and deep blue sea right now. The girl in question wants me to help report the issue to the police cos she's scared of being stigmatized. On the otherhand, the guy in question is my childhood friend. I can't imagine snitching on my homie and brother. I know it's wrong for him to have raped her but why would a girl be demanding for stuffs from a guy when she knows she's not willing to play ball.

OP, it doesn't matter if he is your twin brother, he has to be reported. You'll have a daughter one day and if this were to be your only daughter and this kind of situation happens between her and the son of a very close friend will you still be singing the same song? Will you still keep quiet, after all the guy is the son of a childhood friend? If not for the justice system in Nigeria, your IP address would be gotten and you'd be arrested. You waited for 20 minutes while a girl was being violated and you say she got served. If your friend wanted to give out money for sex he should have gone to a prostitute. I always tell girls to never collect anything from guys, anything whatsoever, because I know almost all of them have the same mentality you do that she should not collect money from guys if she does not plan on sleeping with them. Personally, I see nothing wrong in spending money on a girl you are wooing. Gifts should be given to win her heart. You are an accomplice to rape and believe me when your friend is going down, you'd be going down with him. You said not to bring your sister into this but remember that you don't know all she does. If this were to happen between her and this same guy, would you still let him go scot free. It is a big shame that one day, you'll be someone's father.

Some idiots think that because they have a little change they call money they can treat ladies anyhow they please and get away with it. I remember having a sleepless night the day I heard a girl screaming in the dead of the night in my neighbourhood, I even created a thread about it immediately on nairaland(though I later got to know it was consensual sex, the girl was a sex worker in the neighbouring brothel)
2. I almost engaged my close friend in fisticuffs the day I got to his crib and after hearing cries from outside, I walked in on him trying to force his long time girlfriend into having sex, it wasn't their first or even tenth time of having sex but she was actually crying that she wasn't in the mood that day. And lastly, if at any point during sex, I find that the girl I am with is in pains . No matter my level of ecstasy, I halt the game immediately.
Sorry for boring you all with the long story. My point is if anyone can find a way to prosecute this idiot and his friend. You have my blessing not for the sake of the girl (she is actually stupid don't ask me why) but for the sake of humanity.

Modified: please in the name of God, nobody should like or share this comment, I am trying to forget if this thread exists. Don't ruin my day any further. I don't need notifications about this dastardly and inhumane act. Before I go, op, his friend and their supporters. This is for you all

Report your friend u are doing him a favour..don't report u are being a good friend (bad wisely) u can't please everyone amigo....

My lecturer sent me out of class during test because I was trying to help someone.. I learnt ma lesson and I won't make the same mistake....(but I can still help a girl though).. Look at it this way...lecturer = you, me = your friend, girl = the guy who "needed" my help

Man up bro do the right thing..we all make hard decisions... Like me I made a bad decision in helping that my friend and I suffered it...me that I have prepared for the test seen the questions just remain to RIP it..then all hell breaks lose...sometimes we have to do what we have to do the (right choice)...as for me out of 100 marks I have lost 40 what will u lose of u help your friend.. U never can tell...that's life..!! Pretty weird..!!

Why do you reason like this huh?
So because a lady visits your house, it automatically means she wants sex? The world is no longer sane.

As for the Op just mark my words... You could have saved the situation but you decided to do nothing, you are going to reap what you have done in a 100 folds
when they re alone...anything can happen...some people are not matured to sit with a girl alone one on on and not think bout something odd.. At least meet him outside..at least she would know she is safe...food for thought...imagine his friend didn't come and see that...that's how the girl will live in stigmatism for the rest of her life

Guy forget that matter.

My sister is married.

Nobody ever raped them.

We are hard-working independent people that's why we are were we are today.

My two sisters married Virgins okay? They didn'tgo about dating guys for money,

As a matter of fact to show how decent they are.

My sister rarely accepts gift from me with the excuse of "Drew don't spend much buying gifts daddy will get me what I need, but thank you kid brother" and then she smiles.

She is happily married now living in Germany.

The second one lives in Ukraine with her hubby.

So no say crap okay when you no respect your self anything you see you manage.

I can't be a rapist.

I'm too cute for that.

My 2 gfs reach me well because I'm very contented with them.

Peace

guy no level. I have no intention reporting the matter to the police. If she wants to report it to the police, she should do it herself. As for my friend I have chastised him.

Either your story is a lie or you a hypocritical.

You come asking for advise on what to do, and state you have no intention of reporting.

Your friend raped a girl, and you chastise him... Seriously?

For your information, you are an accomplice to the rape crime. You witnessed it. You didn't try to stop it. You refused to report it to authorities, which is a civic duty...

When the girl reports the rape, you'd be sitting in the box with your friend, and will both probably be raped in jail and prison. I'd like you to post your experience then.

Am thinking of sending this post to Abayomi Shogunle, PRO Nigeria Police.

I am disgusted by this story. The fact that a girl spends your money isn't consent for rape, battery, defilement or abuse. I am disappointment in both the OP and my fellow countrymen's mentality, rape is a very serious crime in the western world and I can not believe I'm reading stuff like 'She got what she deserves' etc here. Please fellow Nigerians we should learn to condemn evil when we see or hear such, there is never justification for raping somebody's daughter and the argument OP stated here is the most ridiculous I have heard.
