joseph1832ng: Very warped thinking. People date without sex. The fact that you spend money on someone doesnt give you the right to defile them. She did not force the guy to spend on her, he did it willingly to impress her. When you meet a greedy person, it is your prerogative to discontinue relationship with the person or continue. Rape is never excusable. Gosh! How do you people reason sef? 9 Likes 1 Share |

Dumb mofos everywhere! Justifying rape! Did she ask to be raped? Did she force the guy to give her gifts? A gift is a gift! Favours must not be returned! Yes, that's the truth. It's no business venture. Each man should be left to his own conscience. And the very annoying part of it is that a lot of times when guys scream they've been spending money on a girl, it's actually some measly amount in total...and then want a person's life, sanity and dignity in return. Incorrigible fools! 3 Likes |

But you know that he could have walked into the room immediately when he heard her screaming when his "friend" was beating her up. What excuse did he have then? What's even worse is the op's replies here, saying that the girl shouldn't have collected gifts if she didn't want to have sex, justifying his friend's actions. I'm not talking about snitching now,but he could have prevented the guy from going further herald9: 2 Likes |

joseph1832ng:There's no greed here. Was the guy forced to give out the money? If she refuse you sex and you can't hold yourself then you stop spending, shikena. Go your separate ways! Spending money on a woman is no justification at all. The way Nigerians think is very disturbing. 5 Likes 1 Share |

1) Girl receives gifts from a guy (note: she receives gifts from the guy. She didn't rip his pockets and grab money, she didn't steal his wallet, she didn't break into his house. She received money), but refuses to sleep with him = she deserves to be raped. 2) Girl refuses to receive any gift from guy = she is stuck up, feels to proud and that she is superior to everybody, so she deserves to be raped to show her that she is not superior to anybody. It's unbelievable the kind of stupid excuses that weak guys give. Nobody forced you to give any girl a dime! If you are stupid enough to give, then you need to own your stupidity and stop looking for someone to blame! There is no excuse for rape! 12 Likes 3 Shares |

schumastic:whether he snitches on his friend or not if the girls dares report to the police he's already an accomplice......if you say you condemn rape then your advice to the op should be to let the girl report and he should assure her that he'll stand as a witness, that's the only human advice cause who know who the said friend might rape in the future all in the name he spent on her The op is a very disgusting human being,he saw his friend committing such act and he just turned a blind a eye saying he would offer the girl money and justifying his friends action, truly birds a feather flock together. 3 Likes 1 Share |

This thread just messed me up completely. What is this? I'm not surprised though from some comments especially from the guys who supported op. I know for a fact that there are many rapists here on Nl, so me no see am as surprise at all . For the ladies that supports this; I must confess, you all are really silly. A rapist is a rapist! You don't need to take anything from him. It's a deadly perversion, and going to ANY guys house one isn't dating should be discouraged no matter how gentle or nice he seems. Nigeria unfortunately has become a breeding ground for rapists, ritualism, domestic battering, women torturing, girl-child molest, and several other vices with women as the major victims. Now our fathers now rape us! Now our brothers now find us sexually attractive. Jesus Christ! I have had several encounter with guys who can't take no for an answer. Some guys don't like it when you reject their gifts. They see it as a pride. They feel you're trying to belittle their efforts. Guy don splash me mould water because I refused his lift .Thats how rapists roll. You don't need to take anything from them. If a guy can report me to a superior that I'm so full of myself because I turned his offer to pay for my stuffs in a supermarket, definitely if given the opportunity, that guy will rape me. So to all those stupid girls wey dey here dey support op, you're not smart. A friend of mine while in secondary school got raped by a corporate banker. I also had a classmate back in Jss 2 that was raped by a 56 years old neighbour who is a police man. A pervert is a pervert. He will do anything to get SEX . What say you about men who lure kids with sweets and biscuits just to take away their innocence. All the people we support this op, THUNDER WE DEY HEAVEN FIRE UNA, ANIMALS! 3 Likes 1 Share |

Ishilove:Now we've arrived at last at my mantra. "My money is not free". For men like us who state the deal and tell it as it is, what do you people call us? For men who go about patronising friends with benefits, etc what do you people call us? The society is warped as it already is. It didn't start now, neither will it end now. 1 Like |

My day has been so messed up. I went to see a friend of mine in his house. I was surprised the door wasn't locked and even the gate wasn't locked. I decided to help myself to a drink from his bar as soon as I entered the living room. As I was about serving myself, something told me to check on him in his room to see if he's there. As I approached his room I started hearing sounds. I decided to know what the noise was all about without making a sound.I still can't find where it's said here that the guy gave the girl "gifts". |
