nonsobaba:This is best comment so far!!! Most of these billionaires are not supposed to be regarded as Anambrian with exception of few like innoson, obijackson, chikason, Godwin Maduka and few others because they contribute nothing to Anambra. The most annoying thing is that they all started here, make it here but when they want to establish big standard company they will take it outside the state. For example God is Good motors started with a small tattered building in UPPER IWEKA but want to build utra modern cross over to Asaba and other states and build ultra modern terminals with about five in Lagos. Tourist garden the same, not to count the uncountless number of them that crossed to Lagos. And worst part of it is that they make more money and pay less tax here in Anambra than those places that they are building utra modern company. |

I got so emotional reading this thread. I'm so proud of my Igbo brothers. There is a reason that the powers there be don't want you people to rule this country....They know development will be the order of the day, and envy of whites. These are true billionaires from hard work with massive investments to prove it not those that claim to be billionaires through government kickbacks, government induced monopoly and no investment on ground; deceiving Nigerians. Someone mentioned a while back that Igbos have silent extremely wealthy billionaires with massive investments that will drive you crazy.....NOW I KNOW! |

Anambra has way more number of billionaires in the state that what was stated here. in fact these ones are the noise makers. I am telling you from facts and figures. I don't know most of their names though. Have you heard of the owner boskel? in pH city. that company spans a whole street and more. he deals on offshore hardware, he fabricates flare stacks of factories and refineries. if you see the number of workers pouring out of this man's company, nwanna, you will dodge your head. Close to that same man is another big boy doing oilservicing onshore. Massive investment too. To be frank, if Igbos can come together and decide to takeover the development of the region. I think the highest population of people will be in east. these are guys who employ labour in numbers. God blessed igbos.. Some of these billionaires are in their 40, 50 and 60s. lekwe ihe anya'm na fu |
