OK, don't know if you telling the truth or just want people to comment here. But this is what i will tell you from what you said.

Try doing the romance thing with her, (do it at the right time to avoid been turned down ) if she let you keep going till she stop you, maybe that will be when you try to go down. But that doesn't mean it's over keep trying next time, she will definitely give in. And once it happens, that does not mean you should ask her out.

She may want you as s.ex but not as bf, but if he raise it up and you do like her. Then lit it up man.
