it is crazy and unscrupulous , the kind of argument this misplaced and irrational controversy is bringing, and these are few of the stupidities that has been created by fools of the past, knowing very well the kind of ethnic regions and tribes, diversified in vast and various languages , suspicious in almost everything (which in a form could be healthy and in some irrational, other forms utterly ridiculous, destructive and callous at thesame time), which d white hairy smoking luggard has amalgamated with his cronies unprofessionally and selfishly too (we must say). without evaluating or even modifying some vital issues out, makes it appear like throwing some group of foreign school children up into one class, without knowing if they comprehend each other, how well they could be made to flow or even understand one teacher. wether arabic or Islamic, u dnt give such excuse to an heavily circular country like Nigeria, with thousands in different tribes , culture, n most particularly beliefs, with suspicions flying around, n mistrust snooping,.. A country who's accepted lingual franca is English, especially now in a society in which we find ourselves today. So my friend, somebody should begin advocating the total conversion of those inscriptions to all regular , n peaceful ENGLISH language, so everybody's insinuations and curiosity would be at rest. As for now i must tell you many people, n i repeat, a lot of pple are not finding it funny with such inscriptions in very sensitive emblems and vital representations of our country's imagery, which in most cases has become a thing of stain and distrust in items of heavy honor and one common national representations, No matter what you claim it means. you cant just force it down ppl throat...instead of changing the star (misplaced priority), translate the inscription there in English.,,n let peace n unity truly begin from somewhere to reign..so that brings and raises a lot of questions...the inscriptions may be innocent, but can you see what kind of feud its breeding now?. Thats why i called it the ignorance of some ppl in d past. Now things like that are raising very heavy dust....all this issues are subject to modification and changes, that actually cld define our common unity and only a brave and wise leader can look into it. we cant be having fins that could create or inspire levels of divisibility among us, inscribed in communal items of common national representations, Things as sensitive as coat of arms or even the naira. No matter how we try to wave that apart and say "the pple should understand"..it would never be understood, not even now. So pls dnt try to explain that to me. its not my problem to understand. the ppl are not listening to you...JUST PUT DAT IN PLAIN ENGLISH...its a very circular state , we dont need no latin or arabic...the pple are bound to think it the way they see it. so why create controversy...everything is subject to change and modification...protect our unity, if you want it. dont destroy it on the naira and coat of arms and expect everyone to laff along.. 1 Like |

GOD shames to bless like in the case of Israelites in Egpyt and not to punish as in this case of taking us from GEJ to pmb. ibabkr:I think you need sense... Red Cross is a Christian organization, it was started by Christians .... So it is justifiable. Arabic is not our language and there is no reason why it should feature on our Naira and now on the Nigeria Army. The pitiful part is that you are from south west and these Wahhabi Sunnis do not recognize you as part of them. If Nigeria is islamized, you will become a second citizen just like the Christians... You seem not to be a student of history. 2 Likes |

kolaaderin:You cant be explaining that to the pple and political atmosphere of nigeria of today. these are urgent issues to be addressed, if you dnt wanna see tears coming out from the eyes, why prick it?.....The lingua franca is english... what inspires the inscription's style?.. the cockroach can never be innocent in the gathering of fowls, why take it there at the first place. 1 Like |

To say that it's a cross on the navy logo is the height of ignorance. smh there should be nothing ethnic or religious on the army logo considering the fact that we are a multi-ethnic and multi-religious society. that is the point. 1 Like |

Northerners Army's logo just got modified. Nigeria has been sold out to islamic world long ago. Yanmiri zik and Yoruba Awo were forced by cattle boy Bello to accept the Arabic inscription or forget about independence. The difference between Northern Army logo and of Boko haram is that one is colourful while the other is black. They are similar by their arabic content. They made us believe that we are operating a secular state but islamic in administration. 1 Like |
