Please my people, how can switch on the 3G service on Samsung Galaxy J 5 SM-500H. Whenever I got to the 3G service and wants to switch it ON, if will tell me to wait for 10seconds to switch net from sim, then after the 10 seconds, it will still be Off, I won't turn the 3G on. I don't know what else to do o. Please, any Idea

I have tested it with galaxy codes, they all responded well nah. It is brought from USA last two months

Try performing a hard reset on your phone. If the problem continue, you need to change ur screen.

Does anyone have any idea on flashing a Tecno brand with its Stock ROM?

It is possible the Engineer you took it to didn't have the Phone file. Take it to another Engineer. If you are in Oyo, or Ondo, i can help you fix it.

Gudevening, Engineers in the house, my phone LG L60i start misbehaving dis morning, it keeps poping up "unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped" with dat development i cant make or receive calls and its not bringing up network, i have wiped and restored it to factory settings thinking that might help, but the problem persists. Pls i need to get this phone back running smoothly, i need urgent help. thanks
