"It is true that I get little time on the field but I am not going to give in.

"I went a long way to play in Manchester United so nothing will prevent me from achieving my dream.

"I will not retreat, I will find the strength to reach my goal."

THE TITLE IS HIS TARGET

"Oooof it would be fantastic, if I could win the Premier League, the next day I would stop playing football… almost! We have been a little bit unlucky in certain games, but we believe and when you believe it will come. Hopefully I can win it and I will win it."

THIS CLUB IS MASSIVE

"I have played at other massive clubs, every club is massive and if it was not massive it became massive when I came! Everything we do here is huge, it’s not local, it’s global, it’s to reach out worldwide."

EVERY MEDAL IS SPECIAL

"Every medal has its story," he says. "It’s difficult to say because I have one from every country I went to."

- Zlatan Ibrahimovic
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Oasis007(m): 4:59pm On Nov 09, 2016
"If the manager needs me at centre-back I will play centre-back, but if he needs me in midfield or at full-back of course I’ll play there.

"I have played in all the positions so as soon as you play in one it feels normal. The manager hasn’t said to me ‘you’re a right-back or you’re a midfielder’ but whenever he needs me I’ll be ready.

"It's great to work with all the players here, especially the experienced ones. You train with them every day so you can see what they’re doing and talk to them. The older players speak with you and help you, especially Michael [Carrick], he speaks with me a lot and just gives me help with the little things. The team spirit we have here is great."

This team being built by Jose Mourinho will come good in the end.
Stop being fickle and support the club and its colours.

REDS ON INTERNATIONAL DUTY IN NOVEMBER

ARGENTINA (MARCOS ROJO, SERGIO ROMERO)
Marcos and Sergio are almost immovable objects in the Argentina squad and both are expected to start against historic rivals Brazil on Thursday night, before potentially facing former Reds striker Radamel Falcao in another important World Cup qualifying match against Colombia.

ARMENIA (HENRIKH MKHITARYAN)
Henrikh missed the last international break through injury, but is fit enough to represent his homeland this time around in their home game against Montenegro. Armenia are currently bottom of their World Cup qualifying group so a positive result is much needed.

ENGLAND (JESSE LINGARD, MARCUS RASHFORD, WAYNE ROONEY)
Interim manager Gareth Southgate's bid for the full-time post will surely be boosted if the Three Lions win Friday’s vital World Cup qualifying clash with Scotland and impress in next week’s prestigious friendly against Spain. He’s named three Reds in his squad, but couldn’t pick the injured regulars Chris Smalling or Luke Shaw.

FRANCE (PAUL POGBA)
Pogba will link up with Les Bleus on a high following his superb goal at Swansea City on Sunday afternoon. However, he won’t be joined by Reds team-mates Anthony Martial and Morgan Schneiderlin this time, after both were omitted from the squad by international boss Didier Deschamps. Pogba will also be denied the chance to play against club colleague Eric Bailly, who'll miss Ivory Coast's visit to Lens due to his knee ligament injury.

ITALY (MATTEO DARMIAN)
Darmian has recently shown his value to United by performing admirably at both right and left-back. That versatility has made him a key player for Italy in recent years, and the former Torino man hopes to feature away to Liechtenstein in Group G and in a high-profile home friendly against Germany.

NETHERLANDS (DALEY BLIND, MEMPHIS)
The Dutch are determined to make it to Russia 2018 after failing to qualify for last summer’s European Championship, although Danny Blind’s team haven't started too well. They have four points from a possible nine in Group A, a tally they hope to improve when facing Luxembourg, though first they have a friendly against Belgium on Wednesday.

SPAIN (DAVID DE GEA, ANDER HERRERA, JUAN MATA)

This is the first time that United's three Spanish amigos have all been named in their senior national squad together. The latter was called up last month but he is still awaiting his debut - it could come at Wembley in Tuesday’s friendly with England if he's not involved in the Macedonia match on Saturday night. INTERNATIONAL BREAK: 6 HOT TOPICS FOR REDS

FINGERS CROSSED, NO MORE INJURIES

With a blockbuster tie against the Gunners next up, we hope the players will return to the Aon Training Complex fully fit and injury-free. There has been mixed news on that front so far, after Marouane Fellaini was sent home from the Belgium camp on Tuesday with what manager Roberto Martinez described as a calf injury. A more positive note is Daley Blind’s participation in training with the Netherlands, however, after the Dutchman notably missed United’s 3-1 win at Swansea City on Sunday.

CRUCIAL PLAYING TIME FOR SQUAD MEN

Henrikh Mkhitaryan has been recalled by Armenia after missing last month’s international break through injury and the 27-year-old is expected to start against Montenegro on Friday night, which will provide him with some crucial time to shine following his recent omissions for the Reds. Similarly, Memphis will hope to feature for Holland in their matches against Belgium and Luxembourg; the former PSV Eindhoven forward has only tallied seven appearances for the Reds so far this season.

HERRERA’S POTENTIAL DEBUT
Ander Herrera has played for every age group with Spain except the seniors, and he almost took his bow last month when named in Julen Lopetegui’s squad. He went on to watch both matches from the bench, but his debut could arrive this time around, possibly in Saturday's World Cup qualifier against Macedonia or even the friendly with England at Wembley the following Tuesday. We would love to see it happen.

A 'WISE DECISION' TO PICK DE GEA

David De Gea was chosen to be Spain’s number one at Euro 2016 ahead of the legendary Iker Casillas and he has retained that position under new boss (and former stopper) Lopetegui. He is there to stay, judging by his recent displays, and Casillas, now at Porto, admitted this week that the right decision was made. "I have not given up on Spain and if the coach calls me up I’ll be happy," he said. "But it is true that I have stepped aside. He decided on De Gea and it is a wise decision."

POTENTIAL HEAD-TO-HEADS
Wayne Rooney and his former United team-mate Darren Fletcher are set to shake hands as opposing captains on Friday, when England face rivals Scotland at Wembley, where Jesse Lingard and Marcus Rashford are also likely to be involved. There will be another Reds reunion a few days later, on Tuesday, when the Three Lions host a Spain side that will hopefully include De Gea, Herrera and Juan Mata.

ARGENTINIANS CAN MAKE HISTORY
Brazil have never lost a World Cup qualifying match at home, which means Sergio Romero and Marcos Rojo have a chance to make history when Argentina face their great South American rivals on Thursday night (23:45 GMT). They require a positive result in Belo Horizonte, too, given that the Argentinians are currently sixth in the group and five points behind leaders Brazil.

That'll be during the summer transfer na! We should just win the league so Ibra will move on and buy Griezzzzzzy to replace him or better still extend Ibra by a year and buy Griezman to play off him.

Which young chap, Rashford? Truth is he isn't ready yet go a full season as our main striker...Lingard isn't a first team material, not today, not tomorrow and not in the future.
Martial is better suited to the left and even he is having an indifferent season. If Zlatan keeps fit, an extension will be best for us provided he accepts reduced game time.

Please when is Rashford gonna be ready?... until the club turns him into a permanent RW?

I'd rather we sign up another younger clinical finisher, than extend Zlatan's contract! angry

If we sign up Griezman then I can understand if Zlatan leaves but if we don't, I honestly don't trust Rashford to lead the line through the season
