OP my mum applied for US visa last year and it was awarded to her, then she had money but now she has invested all the money she had in a business and the visa is going to expire by june next year and i dont see any money coming throughout the validity of the visa... What am trying to say is that will it in any way affect her if she tries to apply again for another visa after this one expires

E-TICKET by mail or at the airport?
I have two stop over, one at Casablanca 4h 50min and at JFK,usa 13h 50min.
Please, will the airline lodge us at the hotel or we stay at the airport because that JFK is over night stop over.
Thanks
during mine I book through Wakanow and immediately they confirmed my payment they sent me the E-ticket immediately, so if I may ask how do you book yours?.in terms of the stop over at Casablanca they will lodge you guys at lounge so you guys will stay there and wait for your connecting flight to JFK, I can't say much about having stop over in JFK because I do not have any stop over there, but I guess they gonna put you guys at lounge, unless you among first class or business class that's when you will be thinking of any hotel

I need a mock interview and have emailed alot of you gurus but you all have all ignored me. The reason i don't just know. Texrem, i've just resent it. Please you gurus should help me out. Walspring, Lagosismyhome and other gurus here, check your email. My interview is just two weeks from now. Thanks

Ignored is not deliberate but my hands are very full right now with so many issues...... i just have few minutes to steal and check NL but i rarely check mails because no time to deal with them... Go through previous transcript and build on that . I trust others might be able to help as well but me i just dont have the time maybe next year things will slow down a bit

Best of luck

Yes there will surely be an effect and might stand as a barrier for her to get another visa, because how is the vo gonna be sure she will travel if she got approve,so she as to find a good reason on why she do not travel before the visa got expired

No hotel ..... your wait time is not even that long . You are expected to roam around or find something to occupy yourself during the stop over time ..inside the airport. Make sure you return back to your boarding gate in good time or you miss the next flight

You can browse the Internet or read a book or walk around or make a friend .. the charging head is different from Nigeria so either u plan in advance and buy the adapter so u can charge any device u have so at least u can have something to browse with ..... the adapter maybe less than 1k in naija

Good morning house,
Please if I am going to enter US with an F1 visa to begin my academic program, and after two years after starting the program I then decide to return due to some circumstance for about a year, my question is will the above be possible(to leave US for a year and return for the completion of my program)
Thanks in advance.
Iwhy are u thinking negatively, coolwell I don't think is gonna be possible, unless you have to give your DSO a good reason why you want to leave the US for a whole year, even Someone with green card is allowed just for six month not thinking of you been on a student visa status.

yes you should be able to but u would have to reapply again (if your absence is more than 5 Months) and hope that the VO will give you visa .....that one nobody can predict so the outcome is 50/50

Hence this would not be an advice able option .........but it is possible

Sorry i have to remove your post and those who quoted it.
I don't think we should waste a page or two of this thread trying to help you get out mess your intentionally caused for yourself just to circumvent the system.
That is the price you have to pay for deliberately doing things the wrong way.

If the posts don't violate any nairaland rule, I feel it should have been better to leave them up so others can learn and avoid the mistakes he made.

lol....... grin . you are not serious . My previous post was clear , go and read it again

If its overnight and nobody wants to talk to you (make a friend its optional not mandatory) .... , find a chair or somewhere comfortable and lay and rest till when its time for your flight, i also gave u an option to browse or read a book . ......... Also not outside , i said you remain in the airport or lounge or designated area except if u have someone in newyork you can visit . You will see charging point so u can put your charger and charge but the head is different from Nigeria ...... google "US charger adapter" and click on images and see that not how nigerian charger heads are.

just print it out,at Casablanca you're not going to hang around just like that, they will lead you guys to the lounge where you will stay and serve you guys some foods before they call you for your connecting flight to jfk,so you can then move around the lounge if you feel like

Do you need to read a post like that to know that forging document is really a bad thing?

I would have left that post if he was falsely accused of sending a forged document to the school and he came here to seek solution.

He deliberately, intentionally forged that document not once but twice.

'affordable' is relative, whats your budget? But nothing is affordable right now in this Buhari regime, you need to at least write GRE and maybe with God, you will get some funding.Masters in the US is not afordable right now if you are not from a rich background and i mean a RICH BACKGROUND.. BTW I am presently doing my masters in structures

Nothing to be afraid of if you are not carrying drugs or doing something illegal, i traveled with RAM, apart from the sacrifice (ebo) they call food, it will be a nice flight, especially the flight from Casablanca to Newyork. Safe journey

Ideally i shouldn't quote you because i noticed since the day i passed a comment about your visa interview that was denied, if i quote you..you don't respond..Just because of the love of God i will give you an advice you might appreciate latter...I beg you with the name of God, Buy gala, drink, small chops or things you can eat in Casablanca along from Nigeria..The food they will give you is nice to them but very horrible to we Nigerians 2) Hold a 2 round mouth charger for your system and phone if you dont want to have the longest 4hrs of your life...i spent 17hrs in Casablanca when i left Nigeria and it wasn't that bad because i was prepared..Just giving you heads up. Safe journey
