Finally, something to silence Nigerians and we Lagosians for a long time..... come on, I get tired seeing that Ikoyi bridge on most movies, pre-wedding pictures and season dramas. If it were in Lagos, they will give excuse of toll gate, and even claim it is done by one party, but see, it is constructed by Ghanaian government for Ghana with a statue of Nkrumah, not constructed by one party to be showing power to a section of supporters........ we have a long way to go in Nigeria. |
| Re: Ghana Opens The Highest And Longest Flyover In West Africa (Photos) by Henryadaku(m): 8:14am On Nov 16, 2016 |
Muhammadgawu:The funny thing is the bridge was built by a Brazilian company on a 16years loan and it was the former president Bless his memory John Evans Atta Mills that brought this before he passed away ...........Gullible Ghanaians go around chantining mahama almost all the roads built in Accra where loans from China ....Una dey hia see one bridge say Ghana better pass Nigeria come and see hunger in the land you go know what's up....inflation nko.......Ghana's currency is the 7th worst performing currency .....please only an illiterate will compare Ghana to Nigeria almost 50% of their import comes from Nigeria make ........y'all play to much do ur research READ A BOOK!!!!!! |

this will never be called the highest and longest, compared to RMK silver jubilee bridge in Kano and that one of Lagos, rather it can be regarded as just a beautiful site and it may not be qualitative as those ones, luk Ghanaians, com to Kano an see the differences |
| Re: Ghana Opens The Highest And Longest Flyover In West Africa (Photos) by mikeapollo: 8:48am On Nov 16, 2016 |
Henryadaku:You are a liar! The idea of the flyover bridge was conceptualized under Atta Mills. But Mahama went ahead to contract the loan and do the job. It does not matter if all the loans came from China or Afghanistan. What matters is the loans are being used to do things that benefit the people. Even US owes debts. You must be very ignorant! Who told you that almost 50% of their imports come from Nigeria? They rely on Nigeria for mostly oil and gas. But they are also developing their oil and gas and in the next few years their dependence on Nigeria will stop. There is hunger in both Nigeria and Ghana! But Ghana is relatively better...they have light. water, better roads, better schools, security, social system etc. Ghana has a functional (national health insurance scheme)NHIS and primary school feeding programmes Where is NHIS and school feeding programme in Nigeria? My brother, the naked truth is that Ghana may not be very rich as a country but their governments take better care of the citizens than the corrupt governments of Nigeria |

Henryadaku:Hey, I've stayed in both countries, and to me, despite the inflation, Ghana is still better to live in than Nigeria. Nigeria has one of the worst performing currencies on the planet, if not so, why is 8 cedis 1000 naira something that was 16 like 11 months ago Una no dey shame? ![]() inflation want to kill Nigeria, poverty is climbing, millions of jobs lost within 12 months (according to NBS) and you are still bragging about Nigeria ![]() Forget that thing abeg |

mikeapollo:Excuse are you a Ghanian ? Good most Ghanaians don't even leave the shores of Ghana but make a lot of noise which is sad very sad.....I was born in Nigerian to a Ghanian father and a Togolese mother I've lived in Nigeria and Ghana and I can tell you first hand what goes down my father was a diploma and my mum presently works in the European union in Abuja .....so I'm not a regular Ghanian or Nairalander that will come and make a while lot of noise here .........and I'll say this that it's just outrageous and stupid to me to compare Nigeria to Ghana jezz you even mentioned better roads so Ghana has better roads that Nigeria ? Nigerian roads are 3times more expensive than any road constructed in Africa do your research I don't just talk I did my internship in JBN I knw how the average man in Ghana struggles to get by even in Nigeria one egg in Ghana Nah #70naira my people how man wan survive one tuber of yam #1000 so brother please give it a rest Nigeria is massive and very difficult to rule small Ghana what's ur excuse all your business and investment are owned by foreigners nothing to show of all your millionaires just sit back hide their money in banks .....see to cut the story short stop spilling what you don't knw never Nigeria to Ghana ........go to Abuja and see road constructions u ve not seen in ur entire life ......if it starts to rain in Accra we pray cos the aftermath is destruction of life and properties......... Capital city for that matter..

Etornam:Yoruba man or woman! I have found them lazy, risk averse, intellectually constipated and analytically paralytic. Yoruba youths are the most lazy, perfidious and egoistic youths in Nigeria as at today. The Apapa wharf in Lagos has virtually been taken over by the Easterners. the major work of average Yoruba youths on the streets of Lagos is to collect royalty, due and charges from the Hausas and Igbos, |

Henryadaku:Oga I don't live in Ghana o.... I visit countries as the opportunity presents itself, and unlike you, I don't live in denial... Nigeria is the fifth worst currency on earth as we speak today, losing more than 150 % of its value in just 43 weeks, what are you now saying? I am a proud Nigerian, and there are many good things about my country, but you see, the schools and the infrastructure are not one of them. |

Henryadaku:Don't mind those mumu Nigerians. Visit Ghana and see million Ghanaians living in the streets, see thousands of little female children from northern Ghana doing kayeye job(carrying heavy load in their heads) in Cantamato market in Accra and Central market in kumasi. Ivorians and other West Africans know Ghanaians as attention seekers noisy inferior minded people. Only mumu Nigerians always give Ghanaians attention they are seeking for. |
