Makes a lot of sense. They should start from Dream, when you master dream, then proceed to Lucid Dreaming, from there to Bi-location then Astral Projection etc. These things are stage by stage. You dont fly as a toddler, you learn to stand, then walk, then run and jump. If you jump without learning to walk, you could break your legs and blame the devil.

how To Control And Master Dream?

You are funny. Do you have a dream journal ? Buy an exercise book and keep by your bedside with a pen and meditate at specific time of night, when its very quiet. Use visualization techniques of your choice (create any). When you sleep watch out for your dream, if you dream. Then write it down when you wake up. Write as much as you can remember. If you forget, close your eyes and try to remember and visualize the patches of the dreams you remember and you will recall. Write them down daily. After some months you will see connections between the dreams. You will master your dream symbols. Your symbols are unique and are different from any other person's. You will somehow remember events that happen each time you see a particular symbol. For me, if I see fruit, ripe fruit then I am making cash money. So, start from dreaming, dont control sshit at the beginners level.

When you master your symbols then you can proceed to next step.

Am learning a lot from this thread and everything is making so much sense. Am a Christian but always, i feel something is amiss in my religion just like every other religion out there. Someone once told me that life is a PUZZLE. It's pieces are scattered abroad. Every religion has a piece of the puzzle - a little piece of truth; while science in the other hand is the validator of truth. That's lucid dreaming. Next time, think of going to your grandma's place or relative's or friend's place that you have their phone number. And if you get there in that dream, make sure someone sees you. It doesnt matter who, but make sure someone sees you. And when you wake up, call that person, dont ask if he saw you physically, just play along. If the person says, its like I saw you so so time. Ah ah. Its great. If the person says, I thought of calling you so so time. Try to find out exact time and compare with the time you went there in the dream.

Once you confirm someone actually saw, then.....you have finally been able to appear in two places at the same time. You can take it from there.
