To the best of my knowledge your husband can reapply for his visa especially if it will expire soon and you become his dependant.
A friend of mine did it and it work after the first refusal.
Good luck

He can still reapply the current one will be cancelled without prejudice and a new one issued.
I did it in 2011 my current visa still had months but because I was relocating from Lagos back to PHC at that time I had to take this option so that I won't have to go there for 2 years

You have to get a Dr correspondence that was the only thing they asked from me. Definitely they will ask u what u are going to US for. You will tell them child birth so the know u are pregnant. Not child birth and vacation like ladyG advised.

Tenic09 it's better to be over prepared, read the post of mum's who got their visas while preggy you will see everything and anything they took, you can use that as a guideline to reapply, all the very best

Good People of Nairaland, I need your help.

My mum wasn't interviewed today, Reason:

Her DS-160 code is different from her appointment confirmation code.

The official said to try to reschedule an appointment in the next two working days, challenge is the next available date is Jan 5th and her ticket is Dec20. Is there anyway to fasttrack her appointment? She is going with DW for birthing purpose.

Thanks for your help!

Did you fill another form for her?
You can try to expedite the date will the supporting documents if they will agree,
I like your faith o, you bought a ticket without a visa
Also check with the airline how much it will cost to move her ticket if it's not so much just incase you don't get an expedited date , all the best

A form was handed over saying to refill ds-160 but can still use the same gtbank payment receipt number.

The available appointment date is pretty far which is why I was looking for a way to expedite the interview.

Thanks a bunch

Those airports mallam are a rip off freshtestimony, why not get your own mallam and compare with some others so at least he can have a leisure of choosing, considering he has just tomorrow time is really short. And they always take cash or wire transfer I don't now known about POS sha

Hello drafrican, sorry to bother you again I am trying to order for my baby's birth certificate on vitalchek and its asking for my ssn to place the order, I even tried using 4 zeros but it still not going, is there another way of doing it. I filled the form at the hospital though but I don't know how to go about it or check if its ready. I just don't want to waste time in processing the documents. Please how did you get yours.
