This is a crime and violation of her human right, she can sue him if she finds out.

Op she might not be hiding anything, she might just be scared if taking a test and finding out the worst, I don't think there's any greater fear than the fear of waiting for your test results, don't get tired, keep persuading her, she'll give in. And if she eventually doesn't then just let her go undecided
